نهدي الطبية تعلن عن حاجتها لمساعد طبيب أسنان عام للعمل في الرياض، السعودية.

المهام والمسؤوليات

تقديم المساعدة الكاملة بجانب كرسي الأسنان لطبيب الأسنان العام أو الاختصاصي أثناء الإجراءات السريرية/الجراحية.
القيام بوظائف الدعم السريري مثل تجهيز المريض وإنهاء زيارته، تنظيف الأدوات وتعقيم المعدات، وإعطاء التعليمات بعد العملية حسب توجيهات الطبيب.
المشاركة في فحص وعلاج المرضى عن طريق سحب الخدود والأنسجة، وري وشفط سوائل الفم دون إيذاء أو إزعاج المريض.
توقع احتياجات الطبيب وممارسة طب الأسنان رباعي الأيدي لتوفير إجراءات فعالة للمريض أو ضمن فريق العمليات الجراحية.
أداء الإجراءات الموسعة تحت إشراف الطبيب عند الحاجة.
مراجعة التاريخ الطبي للمريض وتنبيه الطبيب إلى المشاكل الهامة، المساعدة في تحديث التاريخ الطبي، ووضع علامة على الملف لملاحظة المشاكل التاريخية.
تسجيل نتائج حالة الفم للمريض بدقة كما يذكرها الطبيب، وتوثيق العلاج المقدم في ملف المريض الدائم.
المحافظة على مهارات الإسعافات الأولية والإنعاش القلبي الرئوي ومراجعتها دورياً؛ التعامل مع الحالات الطارئة حتى وصول الطبيب أو مساعدته في تقديم الإسعافات الأولية لحين توفر المساعدة الطبية.
توجيه المرضى في إجراءات الرعاية المنزلية بعد العملية حسب توجيهات الطبيب.
أداء مهام أخرى متنوعة ذات صلة حسب الطلب - مهام الموظف لا تقتصر على ما ذكر ويمكن للمشرف تكليفه بمهام أخرى حسب حاجة العمل.

الشروط والمتطلبات

المؤهل التعليمي: دبلوم.
الخبرة: 2-5 سنوات خبرة سريرية.
مهارات الحاسوب: Office ونظم المعلومات الصحية.
اللغات: إجادة اللغتين الإنجليزية والعربية تحدثاً وكتابة بطلاقة.

Job Description

Provides complete chairside assistance to the general or specialist dentist during clinical/surgical dental procedures. Performs clinical supportive functions.

Accountabilities

Responsible for assisting a dentist engaged in diagnostic, operative, surgical, periodontal, preventive, orthodontic, prosthodontic, endodontic or pedodontic procedures during examination and treatment of patients.
The clinical functions performed include preparing and dismissing patients; point of use cleaning of instrumentation and disinfecting equipment; providing post-operative instructions prescribed by the dentist; maintaining supply order; maintaining applicable records, and others as requested by the dentist.
Participates with the dentist in the examination and treatment of patients by retracting cheeks and tissues and by irrigating and aspirating mouth fluids without harm or discomfort to the patient.
Anticipates the dentist’s needs and practices four-handed dentistry to provide efficient operative procedures for the patient or as assigned to a dental surgical operating team.
Performs expanded duty procedures under the supervision of the dentist as required.
Reviews patient’s medical history and alerts the dentist to significant problems, assists in updating the patient’s history; flags the chart to note significant history problems.
Charts accurately the findings of the patient’s oral conditions as reported by the doctor; records the treatment rendered in the patient’s permanent chart.
Maintains and periodically reviews skills learned in First Aid and Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation; handles medical emergencies until the dentist arrives on the scene or assists the dentist in rendering emergency first aid until additional medical help is available.
Instructs patients in post-operative home care procedures as directed by the dentist.
Performs other miscellaneous related duties as requested.

The employee’s duties are not limited to the above-mentioned accountabilities. The manager can assign other duties based on the business need.
