📢 Hiring: Recruitment Specialist

📍 Location: Saudi Arabia (KSA)

We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment for construction projects and corporate functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and recruit Engineers, Project Managers, Supervisors, Technicians, and skilled manpower.
• Manage CV screening, interviews, salary negotiations, and employment offers.
• Coordinate with project teams to fulfil manpower requirements and mobilization deadlines.
• Handle recruitment trackers, hiring reports, and candidate follow-ups.
• Support Saudization requirements and Qiwa sponsorship-transfer processes.

Requirements:

• 5-7 years of recruitment experience, preferably in construction or engineering.
• Good knowledge of the KSA labor market and recruitment practices.
• Strong sourcing, communication, and coordination skills.
