📢 Job Opening: Oscillating Knife CNC Operator

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Oscillating Knife CNC Machine Operator to join our production team.

🛠️ Required Qualifications & Skills:

 * CAD Software Proficiency: Advanced skills in AutoCAD for handling, modifying, and preparing engineering vector files.

 * CAM Software Knowledge: Hands-on experience with production software such as ArtCAM, Aspire, or similar packages.

 * Control Software: High proficiency in VCUTWork (or equivalent control software dedicated to oscillating knife cutters).

 * Machine Control & Axis Understanding: Deep comprehension of multi-axis machine operation, movement mechanics, and precise parameter controls.

 * Cutting Techniques & Precision: Full familiarity with cutting details, optimizing toolpaths, speed settings, and machine movement to ensure minimal material waste and maximum quality.

📌 Key Responsibilities:

 * Import and prepare CAD/CAM files for the cutting process.

 * Configure machine settings (knife type, cut depth, speed, and origin) according to material specifications.

 * Execute cutting operations with high accuracy and monitor machine performance.

 * Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance to keep the equipment in top condition.
