Role Description The Maintenance Technician is a full-time on-site role based in the Riyadh Region. The role involves performing routine inspection, maintenance, and repair of building systems, equipment, and facilities to ensure safe and efficient operation. Day-to-day tasks include diagnosing equipment issues, conducting troubleshooting, executing preventive maintenance schedules, and responding to maintenance requests in a timely manner. The Maintenance Technician will work closely with property management and operations teams to minimize downtime, support smooth facility operations, and maintain compliance with safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Equipment Maintenance and Maintenance & Repair for building and facility systems.
• Proficiency in Troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues.
• Experience in Preventive Maintenance planning and execution to reduce equipment failures.
• Knowledge of Industrial Maintenance practices for commercial complexes and hospitality properties.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, drawings, and maintenance documentation.
• Basic understanding of safety regulations and best practices in facility maintenance.
• Previous experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role in real estate, hospitality, or commercial properties is preferred.
• Ability to work on-site in the Riyadh Region, handle physical tasks, and respond to emergencies when needed.
• High school diploma or technical/vocational certificate in maintenance, engineering, or a related field is beneficial.
• Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
