Project Engineer - Construction & Infrastructure (KSA)

Invicta ANARA engages early in the project lifecycle, collaborating with consultants, EPCs, and asset owners from design and approvals through supply and on-site execution. Key Responsibilities

• Site Supervision: Oversee on-site activities, ensuring work is carried out according to project specifications, schedules, and quality standards.
• Team Management: Lead and manage a team of installers, providing guidance and ensuring efficient workflow.
• Coordination: Coordinate with main contractors, subcontractors, and internal teams to maintain clear communication and smooth project execution.
• Planning: Prepare material and manpower resource plans in line with project schedules.
• Reporting: Prepare daily and monthly reports covering project progress, challenges, and resolutions. Maintain accurate records of site activities.
• Financial Coordination: Work closely with the finance department to manage project budgets, process invoices, and support timely payments to subcontractors.
• Compliance: Ensure all site activities comply with applicable safety regulations, building codes, project specifications, and company standards.
• Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve on-site issues to minimise disruption and maintain project timelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil/ Mechanical Engineering preferred.
• Proven experience in project management within the construction industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management software, Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of applicable safety regulations and building codes.
• A valid KSA driving licence preferred.
