تعلن شركة SSCL LTD عن وظيفة أخصائي مراقبة التكاليف (Cost Control Specialist) في مكة وجدة، المملكة العربية السعودية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- مراقبة تكاليف المشاريع والعقود.
- تحليل انحرافات الأداء.
- تطوير التوقعات المالية.
- دعم اتخاذ القرارات المالية عبر المحافظ التشغيلية.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في المالية، الهندسة، المساحة الكمية، أو المحاسبة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 7 سنوات في مجال مراقبة التكاليف.
- يفضل وجود خبرة لدى شركات مثل: Saudi Aramco, NEOM, Red Sea Global, Royal Commission for Jubail & Yanbu, Riyadh Airports Company (RAC), Jeddah Airports Company (JEDCO), ENGIE Solutions, CBRE, JLL, ISS Facility Services.
- يفضل خبرة في بيئات العمليات واسعة النطاق، الصيانة، إدارة المرافق المتكاملة، المطارات، الرعاية الصحية، التعليم العالي، الضيافة، الحكومة، والبنية التحتية الحيوية.

Preferred Company Experience
Saudi Aramco, NEOM, Red Sea Global, Royal Commission for Jubail & Yanbu, Riyadh Airports Company (RAC), Jeddah Airports Company (JEDCO), ENGIE Solutions, CBRE, JLL, ISS Facility Services.
Preference will be given to candidates with experience in large-scale operations, maintenance, integrated facilities management, airports, healthcare, higher education, hospitality, government, and critical infrastructure environments.
About the Role

Key Responsibilities

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or Accounting.
- Minimum 7 years experience in cost control.
