تعلن شركة الرقيب القابضة عن توفر وظيفة مهندس ضمان الجودة وضبط الجودة (QA/QC Engineer) في الرياض، السعودية، للانضمام إلى شركتها المتخصصة في المقاولات والبناء.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية أو الهندسة المعمارية.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 4-6 سنوات في مجال ضبط الجودة في تشييد المباني.
- عضوية سارية في الهيئة السعودية للمهندسين (SCE).
- معرفة جيدة بأنظمة إدارة الجودة ISO 9001.
- خبرة في خطط الفحص والاختبار (ITPs)، واختبار المواد، وإجراءات عدم المطابقة.
- الإلمام بمعايير SBC و ACI و ASTM.
- شهادة QA/QC أو ISO lead auditor تعتبر ميزة إضافية.
- إتقان استخدام MS Office وأنظمة التحكم بالمستندات.
- الاهتمام بالتفاصيل ومهارات قوية في إعداد التقارير.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تنفيذ خطة الجودة للمشروع وإجراءات الجودة في الموقع.
- إعداد وصيانة خطط الفحص والاختبار (ITPs) والقوائم المرجعية.
- التنسيق وحضور عمليات الفحص مع مهندسي الموقع والاستشاري.
- فحص المواد الواردة والتحقق من مطابقتها للمستندات المعتمدة.
- التنسيق للاختبارات المعملية للخرسانة والتربة وغيرها من المواد ومراجعة النتائج.
- إصدار ومتابعة تقارير عدم المطابقة (NCRs) والإجراءات التصحيحية.
- صيانة سجل الفحص وسجلات الاختبار والتوثيق المتعلق بالجودة.
- إجراء عمليات التدقيق الداخلي للجودة ودعم التدقيق الخارجي.
- ضمان جاهزية سجلات الجودة للتسليم.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering.
- Minimum 4-6 years of QA/QC experience in building construction.
- Valid Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) membership.
- Good knowledge of ISO 9001 quality management systems.
- Experience with inspection and test plans (ITPs), material testing and non-conformance procedures.
- Familiarity with SBC, ACI and ASTM standards.
- QA/QC or ISO lead auditor certification is an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office and document control systems.
- Attention to detail and strong reporting skills.
- Implement the project quality plan and quality procedures on site.
- Prepare and maintain inspection and test plans (ITPs) and checklists.
- Coordinate and attend inspections with site engineers and the consultant.
- Inspect incoming materials and verify compliance with approved submittals.
- Coordinate laboratory testing for concrete, soil and other materials and review results.
- Issue and follow up non-conformance reports (NCRs) and corrective actions.
- Maintain the inspection log, test records and quality documentation.
- Conduct internal quality audits and support external audits.
- Ensure readiness of quality records for handover.
