تعلن شركة Al Rugaib Holding Company عن توفر وظيفة "مسؤول سلامة" (Safety Officer) للعمل في فرعها بالرياض، ضمن قطاع المقاولات والبناء. يهدف الدور إلى تنفيذ ومراقبة سياسات الصحة والسلامة والبيئة (HSE) في مواقع البناء، وضمان الامتثال للوائح المحلية ومعايير السلامة الخاصة بالمشروع، وتعزيز ثقافة سلامة قوية للوقاية من الحوادث.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تنفيذ وإنفاذ سياسات وإجراءات HSE الخاصة بالشركة في الموقع.
- إجراء تفتيشات دورية للموقع لتحديد المخاطر وضمان اتخاذ الإجراءات التصححية.
- إعداد ومراجعة تقييمات المخاطر وبيانات طرق العمل (RAMS) وخطط السلامة.
- ضمان الامتثال للوائح الجهات الرسمية المحلية ومتطلبات السلامة الخاصة بالمشروع.
- إجراء جلسات تعريفية بالسلامة ومحاضرات توعوية (toolbox talks) وتدريبات للعمال والموظفين.
- مراقبة استخدام معدات الوقاية الشخصية (PPE) وضمان الممارسات السلامة الصحيحة.
- التحقيق في الحوادث والإصابات والحوادث الوشيكة، وإعداد تقارير مفصلة وتوصية بإجراءات وقائية.
- الحفاظ على سجلات السلامة والسجلات والوثائق حسب المتطلب.
- التنسيق مع مديري المشاريع والمهندسين والمقاولين من الباطن لضمان ممارسات عمل آمنة.
- المشاركة في تخطيط الطوارئ والتدريبات عليها.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس أو دبلوم في الصحة والسلامة المهنية أو العلوم البيئية أو مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5-8 سنوات في مجال السلامة بمواقع البناء.
- شهادات مهنية مثل NEBOSH IGC، OSHA، IOSH أو ما يعادلها (إلزامية).
- معرفة قوية بلوائح HSE المحلية والمعايير الدولية للسلامة.
المهارات المطلوبة
- خبرة في تقييم المخاطر وتحديد المخاطر والتحقيق في الحوادث.
- مهارات تواصل وقيادة جيدة.
- القدرة على إجراء تدريبات السلامة ومحاضرات toolbox talks.
- إتقان استخدام MS Office وأنظمة إعداد تقارير السلامة.

- Professional certifications such as NEBOSH IGC, OSHA, IOSH, or equivalent (mandatory).
- Strong knowledge of local HSE regulations and international safety standards.
- Experience in risk assessment, hazard identification, and incident investigation.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to conduct safety training and toolbox talks.
- Proficiency in MS Office and safety reporting systems.
- Implement and enforce company HSE policies and procedures on site.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify hazards and ensure corrective actions are taken.
- Prepare and review risk assessments, method statements (RAMS), and safety plans.
- Ensure compliance with local authority regulations and project safety requirements.
- Conduct safety inductions, toolbox talks, and awareness training for workers and staff.
- Monitor the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and ensure proper safety practices.
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses; prepare detailed reports and recommend preventive measures.
- Maintain safety records, logs, and documentation as required.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure safe work practices.
- Participate in emergency response planning and drills.
