تعلن شركة معادن عن توفر وظيفة أخصائي أول في هندسة واستخراج وتحويل وتحميل (ETL) المؤسسة، في المملكة العربية السعودية. يهدف هذا الدور إلى تمكين بيانات موثوقة ويمكن الوصول إليها عبر المؤسسة من خلال بناء وتحسين خطوط أنابيب بيانات قابلة للتوسع تحول البيانات الخام إلى أصول معلومات عالية الجودة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تقديم خطوط أنابيب ETL/ELT قابلة للتوسع توفر بيانات موثوقة ومحكومة وعالية الجودة للتحليلات والتقارير.
- تمكين استيعاب وتحويل وتوصيل منتجات البيانات بكفاءة وفقًا لنماذج البيانات المعتمدة ومعايير البنية.
- الحفاظ على ممارسات هندسية تضمن الاتساق وقابلية إعادة الاستخدام والصيانة طويلة الأمد لحلول البيانات.
- تعزيز الثقة في بيانات المؤسسة من خلال آليات قوية للتحقق والمطابقة والاختبار ومراقبة الجودة.
- ضمان تضمين متطلبات البيانات الوصفية والنسب والاكتشاف عبر جميع أصول البيانات وخطوط الأنابيب.
- تمكين الوصول المحكوم إلى مجموعات البيانات المنظمة التي تدعم استهلاك البيانات على مستوى المؤسسة.
- تحسين كفاءة خطوط الأنابيب وقابليتها للتوسع والأداء التشغيلي من خلال الضبط المستمر وتحسين عبء العمل.
- تحسين استقرار الإنتاج من خلال المراقبة والتنبيه وإدارة الحوادث والتخفيف الاستباقي للمخاطر.
- تقليل الاضطرابات التشغيلية من خلال تعزيز الموثوقية وقابلية إعادة التشغيل وقدرات الاسترداد.
- تقديم إرشادات تقنية تعزز جودة الهندسة والاتساق وتميز التسليم.
- تطوير مكونات قابلة لإعادة الاستخدام ومعايير وأدلة هندسية تحسن الإنتاجية وتقلل التعقيد.
- التأثير في القرارات التقنية التي تعزز قدرات هندسة بيانات المؤسسة.
- الشراكة مع مصممي النماذج وفرق الحوكمة ومتخصصي المنصة وأصحاب المصلحة التجاريين لتقديم حلول بيانات متكاملة.
- ضمان توافق المخرجات الهندسية مع تعريفات بيانات المؤسسة ومتطلبات الحوكمة واحتياجات الأعمال.
- قيادة مبادرات التحسين المستمر التي تعزز كفاءة التكلفة وقابلية التشغيل وفعالية الحلول.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في علوم الحاسب، هندسة البيانات، نظم المعلومات، أو مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة من 7 إلى 10 سنوات في هندسة البيانات، تطوير ETL/ELT، ومنصات البيانات الحديثة.
- خبرة في تقديم خطوط أنابيب بيانات إنتاجية على مستوى المؤسسة مع ضوابط قوية للجودة والموثوقية.
- خبرة في تنفيذ ممارسات جودة البيانات والحوكمة والمراقبة التشغيلية.
- خبرة في تقديم القيادة التقنية والتعاون عبر فرق الهندسة والحوكمة والأعمال.

What You Will Deliver Data Engineering & Pipeline Delivery
- Deliver scalable ETL/ELT pipelines that provide reliable, governed, and high-quality data for analytics and reporting.
- Enable efficient ingestion, transformation, and delivery of data products aligned with approved data models and architecture standards.
- Maintain engineering practices that ensure consistency, reusability, and long-term maintainability of data solutions.
- Strengthen trust in enterprise data through robust validation, reconciliation, testing, and quality control mechanisms.
- Ensure metadata, lineage, and discoverability requirements are embedded across all data assets and pipelines.
- Enable governed access to curated datasets that support enterprise-wide data consumption.
- Optimize pipeline efficiency, scalability, and operational performance through continuous tuning and workload optimization.
- Improve production stability through monitoring, alerting, incident management, and proactive risk mitigation.
- Reduce operational disruptions by enhancing reliability, restartability, and recovery capabilities.
- Provide technical guidance that enhances engineering quality, consistency, and delivery excellence.
- Develop reusable components, standards, and engineering playbooks that improve productivity and reduce complexity.
- Influence technical decisions that strengthen enterprise data engineering capabilities.
- Partner with data modelers, governance teams, platform specialists, and business stakeholders to deliver integrated data solutions.
- Ensure engineering outputs align with enterprise data definitions, governance requirements, and business needs.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance cost efficiency, operability, and solution effectiveness.
- Enterprise data pipelines consistently deliver trusted, accurate, and timely data products.
- Data quality issues are identified proactively and resolved efficiently with clear ownership and accountability.

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
- 7-10 years of relevant experience in data engineering, ETL/ELT development, and modern data platforms.
- Experience delivering enterprise-scale production data pipelines with strong reliability and quality controls.
- Experience implementing data quality, governance, and operational monitoring practices.
- Experience providing technical leadership and collaborating across engineering, governance, and business teams.
