تعلن هنقرستيشن (HungerStation)، إحدى شركات مجموعة Delivery Hero الرائدة في مجال التوصيل المحلي، عن توفر وظيفة أخصائي ضمان أمن المعلومات (للسعوديين فقط) في مدينة الرياض. ستعمل على تعزيز أمن المعلومات للمستخدمين والشركاء والموظفين، ومتابعة أنشطة حوكمة أمن المعلومات وإدارة المخاطر والامتثال والتوعية الأمنية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تطوير وصيانة آليات تعزيز ثقافة أمن المعلومات في المؤسسة.
- تصميم وتقديم برامج توعية وتدريب شاملة في أمن المعلومات لجميع الموظفين، بما في ذلك تدريبات خاصة بالأدوار.
- مراجعة وتحسين سياسات وإجراءات أمن المعلومات بشكل مستمر وفقًا للمشهد المتغير للتهديدات.
- بناء وصيانة مستودع معرفة مركزي لأمن المعلومات لدعم التدقيق وتبادل المعرفة.
- تنفيذ وصيانة منهجية وسياسات وعمليات تقييم مخاطر أمن المعلومات.
- تقييم وضع المخاطر العام للمؤسسة عبر إجراء تقييمات دورية للمخاطر على جميع أصول المعلومات.
- تطوير وصيانة ملفات مخاطر أمن المعلومات محدثة.
- تحديد وتتبع ومراجعة خطط تخفيف المخاطر، مع ضمان المتابعة في الوقت المناسب والتصعيد المناسب للمخاطر المحددة.
- مراقبة وضمان الامتثال لسياسات ومعايير وإرشادات وإجراءات أمن المعلومات الخاصة بـ Delivery Hero وهنقرستيشن.
- إدارة الامتثال والشهادات وإعادة الاعتماد المستمرة وفقًا للمعايير واللوائح الأمنية ذات الصلة.
- تنسيق ودعم التدقيقات الداخلية والخارجية، وضمان استيفاء متطلبات التدقيق بدقة وفي الوقت المحدد.
- الالتزام بالسياسات والإجراءات والعمليات لضمان تنفيذ العمل بطريقة متسقة ومنضبطة.
- تحديد فرص التحسين المستمر والمساهمة فيها لتعزيز العمليات الأمنية والفعالية التشغيلية.
- تعزيز ثقافة الأداء العالي مع الالتزام بقيم هنقرستيشن والتفاني في التميز الأمني والمرونة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة عملية من 4 إلى 6 سنوات في مجال أمن المعلومات أو المخاطر أو الحوكمة أو الامتثال.
- معرفة قوية وعملية بأطر تقييم مخاطر أمن المعلومات وإدارة المخاطر.
- فهم تقني عميق لضوابط أمن المعلومات وتطبيقها العملي.
- خبرة مثبتة في إدارة وإجراء تدقيقات أمن المعلومات الداخلية والخارجية.
- خبرة في تصميم وتقديم برامج توعية وتدريب شاملة في أمن المعلومات على مستوى المؤسسة.
- درجة البكالوريوس في علوم الحاسب أو هندسة الحاسب أو مجال ذي صلة.
- الحصول على شهادتين على الأقل من التالية بشكل إلزامي: CISSP, CRISC, CISA, CISM, ISO/IEC 27001 Lead Implementer (LI) أو Lead Auditor (LA) أو ما يعادلها.

Key Responsibilities
Security Governance
- Develop and maintain mechanisms to promote a strong information security culture across the organization.
- Design and deliver comprehensive information security awareness and training programs for all employees, including role-specific training where required.
- Continuously review and improve security policies and procedures in line with the evolving threat landscape.Build and maintain a centralized information security knowledge repository to support audits and knowledge sharing.
- Implement and maintain the information security risk assessment methodology, policies, and processes.
- Assess the organization’s overall risk posture by conducting regular risk assessments across all information assets.
- Develop and maintain up-to-date information security risk profiles.
- Define, track, and review risk mitigation plans, ensuring timely follow-up and appropriate escalation of identified risks.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with Delivery Hero (DH) and HungerStation (HS) information security policies, standards, guidelines, and procedures.
- Proactively manage ongoing compliance, certifications, and re-certifications against relevant security standards and regulations.
- Coordinate and support internal and external audits, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment of audit requirements.
- Adhere to established policies, procedures, and processes to ensure work is carried out in a consistent and controlled manner.
- Identify and contribute to continuous improvement opportunities to enhance security processes and operational effectiveness.
- Promote a high-performance culture while upholding HungerStation’s values and commitment to resilience and security excellence.
Knowledge & Experience
- 4-6 years of relevant experience in information security, risk, governance, or compliance roles.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of information security risk assessment and risk management frameworks.
- Deep technical understanding of information security controls and their practical implementation.
- Proven experience managing and conducting internal and external information security audits.
- Experience designing and delivering end-to-end information security awareness and training programs across organizations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- At least two of the following certifications are mandatory: CISSP, CRISC, CISA, CISM, ISO/IEC 27001 Lead Implementer (LI) or Lead Auditor (LA), or equivalent.
