هلا، إحدى الشركات الرائدة في مجال التكنولوجيا المالية في منطقة الشرق الأوسط وشمال أفريقيا وباكستان، تبحث عن مهندس ذكاء اصطناعي (جميع المستويات) للعمل في الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية. تهدف هلا إلى إعادة تعريف الخدمات المالية وبناء البنك المستقبلي للشركات الصغيرة والمتوسطة.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • تطوير ونشر حلول الذكاء الاصطناعي والتعلم الآلي والذكاء الاصطناعي التوليدي.
  • بناء أدوات مدعومة بالذكاء الاصطناعي مثل روبوتات المحادثة والمساعدين الذكيين وأتمتة سير العمل.
  • إعداد ومعالجة البيانات لتدريب النماذج واختبارها ونشرها.
  • دمج نماذج الذكاء الاصطناعي في المنتجات والأنظمة الداخلية عبر واجهات API.
  • ضبط وتقييم ومراقبة أداء النماذج.
  • العمل عن كثب مع فرق المنتج والهندسة والبيانات والأعمال لتحديد حالات استخدام الذكاء الاصطناعي.
  • ضمان اتباع حلول الذكاء الاصطناعي لمعايير خصوصية البيانات والأمان والحوكمة.
  • توثيق نماذج الذكاء الاصطناعي وسير العمل والتصميمات الفنية.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في علوم الحاسب، الذكاء الاصطناعي، علوم البيانات، هندسة البرمجيات أو مجال ذي صلة.
  • 2-5 سنوات من الخبرة في الذكاء الاصطناعي، التعلم الآلي، علوم البيانات، أو هندسة البرمجيات.
  • مهارات قوية في برمجة Python.
  • خبرة مع أطر التعلم الآلي مثل PyTorch أو TensorFlow أو Scikit-learn.
  • معرفة بـ LLMs و NLP و embeddings و vector databases و RAG.
  • خبرة مع APIs والمنصات السحابية ونشر الإنتاج.
  • مهارات قوية في حل المشكلات والعمل الجماعي.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • يفضل خبرة مع OpenAI أو Azure OpenAI أو AWS Bedrock أو Google Vertex AI.
  • يفضل خبرة مع LangChain أو LlamaIndex أو Pinecone أو FAISS أو أدوات مشابهة.
  • يفضل خبرة في التكنولوجيا المالية، الخدمات المصرفية، المدفوعات، أو البيئات الخاضعة للتنظيم.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deploy AI, machine learning, and generative AI solutions.
  • Build AI-powered tools such as chatbots, copilots, and workflow automation.
  • Prepare and process data for model training, testing, and deployment.
  • Integrate AI models into products and internal systems through APIs.
  • Fine-tune, evaluate, and monitor model performance.
  • Work closely with Product, Engineering, Data, and business teams to identify AI use cases.
  • Ensure AI solutions follow data privacy, security, and governance standards.
  • Document AI models, workflows, and technical designs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in AI, machine learning, data science, or software engineering.
  • Strong Python programming skills.
  • Experience with machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Scikit-learn.
  • Knowledge of LLMs, NLP, embeddings, vector databases, and RAG.
  • Experience with APIs, cloud platforms, and production deployment.
  • Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills.

Preferred

  • Experience with OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, or Google Vertex AI.
  • Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, Pinecone, FAISS, or similar tools.
  • Experience in fintech, banking, payments, or regulated environments.
