تعلن شركة DXC Technology عن وظيفة محلل مالي لمكتب إدارة المشاريع (PMO) في قطاع المطارات، ومقر العمل الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية. تلتزم الشركة بتعزيز بيئة عمل شاملة تجمع بين التعاون المباشر والمرونة لدعم الإنتاجية وأنماط العمل المختلفة.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • تحليل البيانات المالية والمساهمة في إعداد التقارير المالية مع التركيز على الدقة والشمولية.
  • التعاون مع أعضاء الفريق لجمع المعلومات المالية والتحقق من صحتها.
  • دعم تطوير التوقعات المالية ونماذج الميزانية.
  • مراقبة مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية (KPIs) والانحرافات والمساعدة في تحديد مجالات التحسين.
  • المساعدة في تقييم الاتجاهات المالية وتأثيرها على المؤسسة.
  • إعداد وعرض البيانات المالية بطريقة واضحة ومفهومة لأصحاب المصلحة الداخليين.
  • المساعدة في تطوير وصيانة النماذج المالية.
  • المساهمة في تحسين العمليات في التخطيط والتحليل المالي.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في المالية أو المحاسبة أو مجال ذي صلة، أو ما يعادلها من مزيج تعليمي وخبرة.
  • خبرة عمل لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في المجال، مع سنتين على الأقل في دور مماثل في التخطيط والتحليل المالي.
  • خبرة مثبتة في النمذجة المالية والتنبؤ وإعداد الميزانيات.
  • إجادة استخدام البرامج المالية وMicrosoft Excel.
  • التزام بالتعلم المستمر ومواكبة المعرفة الصناعية والتقنيات الحديثة.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • درجة متقدمة في المالية أو المحاسبة أو مجال ذي صلة (ميزة إضافية).
  • شهادات مهنية ذات صلة مثل CFA (محلل مالي معتمد) أو CPA (محاسب قانوني معتمد) (ميزة إضافية).

Job Description

Essential Job Functions:

  • Analyze financial data and contribute to the preparation of financial reports with a focus on accuracy and thoroughness.
  • Collaborate with team members to gather and validate financial information.
  • Support the development of financial forecasts and budget models.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and variances and assist in identifying areas for improvement.
  • Assist in the evaluation of financial trends and their impact on the organization.
  • Prepare and present financial data in a clear and understandable manner to internal stakeholders.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of financial models.
  • Contribute to process improvements in financial planning and analysis.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a relevant field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Typically, 5+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 2 years in a similar role in financial planning and analysis
  • Proven experience in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting
  • Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel
  • A continuous learner who stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology

Other Qualifications

  • Advanced degree in Finance, Accounting, or a relevant field a plus
  • Relevant certifications, such as CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) or CPA (Certified Public Accountant) a plus
