شركة DXC Technology تبحث عن مدير إدارة المشاريع للعمل في الرياض، السعودية.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • إدارة وقيادة مجموعة من المشاريع مع ضمان الالتزام بالنطاق والجدول الزمني والميزانية.
  • التعاون مع فرق المشروع لتحديد أهداف المشروع ومخرجاته بوضوح.
  • مراقبة تقدم المشروع، وتحديد وإدارة المشكلات والمخاطر، وتنفيذ الإجراءات التصحيحية.
  • المساعدة في تخصيص الموارد ومراقبة الميزانية.
  • إعداد تقارير حالة المشروع والتواصل الفعّال مع أصحاب المصلحة.
  • المساهمة في تطوير وتطبيق أفضل الممارسات في إدارة المشاريع.
  • تعزيز العمل الجماعي والتعاون بين أعضاء فريق المشروع.
  • ضمان توافق المشاريع مع استراتيجيات القسم والشركة.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في مجال ذي صلة أو مزيج معادل من التعليم والخبرة.
  • خبرة عمل لا تقل عن 7 سنوات في المجال، مع 3 سنوات على الأقل في دور مماثل.
  • خبرة مثبتة في إدارة المشاريع والبرامج.
  • إجادة منهجيات وأدوات وبرامج إدارة المشاريع.
  • متعلّم مستمر يواكب أحدث المعارف والتقنيات في المجال.
  • يفضّل وجود درجة متقدمة في مجال ذي صلة.
  • يفضّل الحصول على شهادات مهنية مثل PMP أو PRINCE2.

Job Description

Essential Job Functions:

  • Manage and lead a portfolio of projects, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Collaborate with project teams to define clear project objectives and deliverables.
  • Monitor project progress, identify and manage issues and risks, and implement corrective actions.
  • Assist in resource allocation and budget monitoring.
  • Prepare project status reports and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the development and application of project management best practices.
  • Drive teamwork and collaboration among project team members.
  • Ensure that projects align with departmental and company strategies.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Typically, 7+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 3 years in a similar role
  • Proven experience in project and program management
  • Proficiencies in project management methodologies, tools, and software
  • A continuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology Other Qualifications:
  • Advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus.
  • Relevant certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or PRINCE2 are a plus
