تسعى شركة ألستوم (Alstom) إلى تكوين قاعدة من المواهب المهنية في المملكة العربية السعودية، وتدعو المهندسين ذوي الخبرة للتقديم على دور مدير هندسة المشاريع (Project Engineering Manager) في مدينة الرياض، لقيادة فرق هندسية متعددة التخصصات في تنفيذ أنظمة سكك حديدية معقدة تُسهم في تحقيق مستقبل أكثر استدامة للتنقل.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
- هذا الإعلان مخصص لبناء قاعدة مواهب (Talent Pool)؛ حيث ستتم مراجعة طلبك للنظر في فرص مستقبلية تتناسب مع خبراتك.
- ستقود فرقاً هندسية متعددة التخصصات لتقديم مشاريع سكك حديدية معقدة، مع ضمان التميز التقني والتكامل بين الأنظمة الفرعية، والعمل مع خبراء عالميين لتطوير حلول تنقل مستدامة.
- ستتعاون مع فرق متعددة مثل التصميم والتحقق والتصنيع، وتضمن الالتزام بمعايير EN 50126/50128/50129 ومنهجيات RAMS لتحقيق الموثوقية والسلامة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- قيادة التسليم الهندسي الشامل لمشاريع السكك الحديدية المعقدة، وضمان قابلية التوسع والامتثال لمعايير بنية النظام.
- التعاون مع الفرق متعددة الوظائف (التصميم، التحقق، التصنيع) لمواءمة الحلول التقنية مع معالم المشروع.
- ضمان الموثوقية والسلامة من خلال التطبيق الصارم لمعايير EN 50126/50128/50129 ومنهجيات RAMS.
- تعزيز الابتكار من خلال دمج أدوات الهندسة الرقمية مثل الهندسة القائمة على النماذج (MBSE) ومنصات المحاكاة المتقدمة.
- تشجيع تبادل المعرفة والتحسين المستمر عبر التخصصات الهندسية من خلال مراجعات التصميم المنظمة وجلسات الدروس المستفادة.
- العمل ضمن فرق ملتزمة بحل التحديات المعقدة التي تشكل مستقبل التنقل، وضمان التكامل السلس بين الأعمال والتقنية.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة مثبتة في أنظمة الهندسة وإدارة التكوين باستخدام أدوات مثل DOORS أو Polarion.
- فهم قوي لتكامل الإشارات، أو أنظمة الجر، أو المعدات الدارجة ضمن مشاريع البنية التحتية واسعة النطاق.
- القدرة على إدارة فرق متعددة التخصصات وتنسيق الواجهات التقنية مع الموردين والشركاء.
- خبرة في تطبيق أطر إدارة المشاريع مثل V-cycle أو Agile لتسليم الهندسة.
- القدرة على ترجمة المتطلبات التقنية المعقدة إلى خطط هندسية قابلة للتنفيذ ومخرجات واضحة.
المهارات المطلوبة
- إتقان أدوات هندسة النظم وإدارة التكوين (مثل DOORS, Polarion).
- فهم متقدم في تكامل أنظمة الإشارات، الجر، أو المعدات الدارجة.
- قدرات قيادية لإدارة فرق متعددة التخصصات وتنسيق الواجهات التقنية.
- خبرة في تطبيق أطر V-cycle أو Agile في سياقات هندسية.
- مهارات تحليلية لتحويل المتطلبات الفنية المعقدة إلى خطط تنفيذية محددة.

Your Role, Your Impact
- Lead the end-to-end engineering delivery of complex rail projects, ensuring scalability and compliance with system architecture standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, validation, and industrialization to align technical solutions with project milestones.
- Ensure reliability and safety through rigorous application of EN 50126/50128/50129 standards and RAMS methodologies.
- Foster innovation by integrating digital engineering tools such as Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) and advanced simulation platforms.
- Promote knowledge sharing and continuous improvement across engineering disciplines through structured design reviews and lessons-learned sessions.
What You Bring
- Proficiency in systems engineering and configuration management tools such as DOORS or Polarion.
- Strong understanding of signaling, traction, or rolling stock integration within large-scale infrastructure projects.
- Ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and coordinate technical interfaces across suppliers and partners.
- Experience applying project governance frameworks like V-cycle or Agile for engineering delivery.
- Capability to translate complex technical requirements into actionable engineering plans and deliverables.
