Role Description The Operations Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, responsible for overseeing day-to-day logistics and warehousing activities across LogeMate’s operational pillars. This role manages operational workflows, monitors performance metrics, and ensures efficient utilization of warehouse space, equipment, and staffing. The Operations Manager coordinates with internal teams and external partners to optimize processes, resolve operational issues, and maintain high standards of safety, quality, and compliance. Key responsibilities include implementing best practices for inventory management, supervising inbound and outbound flows, supporting technology and systems integration, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. The role also involves forecasting operational needs, supporting strategic projects aligned with Saudi Vision 2030, and providing clear reporting and insights to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Strong operations management skills across logistics, warehousing, and supply chain oversight, including hands-on experience in 3PL or e-commerce environments.
• Proficiency in process optimization, performance analysis, and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, or similar frameworks).
• Experience with logistics technologies and systems, such as Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Transportation Management Systems (TMS), and inventory tracking tools.
• Ability to manage cross-functional teams, coordinate with stakeholders, and communicate clearly across operational, technical, and leadership levels.
• Knowledge of safety, compliance, and risk management standards within warehousing and logistics operations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple operational initiatives.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced certifications are a plus.
• Minimum 5 years of experience working in Saudi Arabia or GCC markets and familiarity with Saudi Vision 2030 objectives in the logistics sector.
