About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented IT Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to our clients and internal teams. Your primary focus will be on maintaining the stability and security of our clients' IT infrastructure, resolving hardware and software issues, and ensuring optimal system performance. Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP), or Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) are highly preferred. Candidates should have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in technical support or IT services. Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems, networking protocols, and hardware troubleshooting is essential. Excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-centric approach are critical for success in this role.

Responsibilities

Provide technical assistance and support to clients via phone, email, or in-person, addressing hardware, software, and network issues effectively and efficiently.

Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, servers, and network devices to ensure optimal performance and security.

Monitor system performance, diagnose problems, and implement solutions to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.

Maintain accurate documentation of support activities, configurations, and procedures to ensure knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new technologies, upgrades, and security measures.

Assist in training end-users on new systems, software, and best practices to enhance user efficiency and security awareness.

Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices to provide innovative solutions and improve support processes.
