Event Host & Moderator, private dinners (Riyadh, freelance)

Legends is a private network that brings together a premium, high-level audience: senior decision-makers, business owners and leaders from around the world. We host intimate dinners for small groups of carefully selected guests in Riyadh and other global cities.

We are looking for the person who makes these evenings work: a host, moderator and community builder in one.

THE ROLE

You own the guest experience from the first hello to the last conversation. You welcome every guest, open the evening, introduce people to each other and lead the conversation, especially in the first one to two hours. You make sure everyone is heard, the conversation flows and the atmosphere is warm, relaxed and engaging.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

- Welcome guests personally and make every one of them feel expected

- Take care of the evening on site: guest list, seating, coordination with the venue

- Open the evening, break the ice and run the introductions

- Lead the conversation so it stays balanced, respectful and on time

- Connect guests with each other and keep the energy positive

- Share short notes with the team after each evening

WHO YOU ARE

- Experienced in hosting, moderation, community management or premium hospitality

- Comfortable with senior, high-profile people: confident, never intimidated and never pushy

- Warm, sociable and well presented; you genuinely enjoy people and energise a group

- A natural connector who remembers names and sees what people have in common

- Calm and tactful, able to steer a conversation or stop someone politely when needed

- Fluent in English (required)

- Arabic is a plus

- Based in Riyadh and available in the evenings

WHAT WE OFFER

- Freelance, per evening, typically 18:00-22:00 plus a short prep call

- Compensation: negotiable, depending on experience

- More evenings for the right person

- A small, direct team and real ownership of the guest experience

HOW TO APPLY: VIDEO FIRST

This role is about presence, so we start with a short video. Email hr@belegends.club with the subject "Host & Moderator, Riyadh" and include:

- A 60-second video in which you open a dinner for ten guests: welcome them and start the introductions. Send it as a link (Google Drive, Dropbox, Loom or unlisted YouTube) with viewing access open.

- Your LinkedIn profile or CV

- One example of an event or community you hosted, and what made it work
