نبذة عن الوظيفة
تبحث بارسونز عن مهندس مشاريع موهوب للانضمام إلى فريقها. ستدعم في هذا الدور أنشطة تخطيط المشاريع وتنسيق التصميم والتنفيذ، من خلال العمل بشكل وثيق مع مديري المشاريع والمهندسين والمقاولين وأصحاب المصلحة. وستسهم في إنجاح تسليم المشاريع عبر المساعدة في التنسيق الفني ومتابعة التقدم، ودعم توثيق المشاريع، والمساعدة في ضمان الالتزام بمتطلبات الجودة والسلامة والتكلفة والجدول الزمني.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- دعم أنشطة تخطيط المشاريع، بما في ذلك تطوير نطاق العمل والجدولة ومتابعة التقدم.
- المساعدة في مراجعة التصاميم والمخططات الهندسية والمواصفات والمستندات الفنية.
- التنسيق مع فرق هندسية متعددة التخصصات لدعم تصميم المشروع وتسليمه.
- متابعة تقدم المشروع وتقديم تحديثات منتظمة للقيادة المسؤولة عن المشروع.
- دعم أنشطة الموقع من خلال التنسيق مع المقاولين والاستشاريين وأصحاب المصلحة المعنيين.
- المساعدة في تحديد المشكلات الفنية والإسهام في تطوير حلول عملية لها.
- ضمان توثيق المستندات الخاصة بالمشروع وتحديثها وفق متطلباته.
- المشاركة في اجتماعات المشروع وإعداد محاضر الاجتماعات وجداول متابعة الإجراءات.
- دعم الالتزام بمعايير الجودة ومواصفات المشروع ومتطلبات السلامة.
- المساعدة في مراجعة مخططات الورشة وطلبات اعتماد المواد والتقارير الفنية.
- التعاون مع فرق المشروع لضمان إنجاز المخرجات في الوقت المحدد.
- دعم جهود تحديد المخاطر والتخفيف منها طوال مراحل تنفيذ المشروع.
- المساعدة في إعداد التقارير الفنية والعروض التقديمية وتحديثات حالة المشروع.
- دعم التنسيق مع العملاء والجهات التنظيمية وأصحاب المصلحة الآخرين عند الحاجة.
- المساهمة في متابعة التكاليف وأنشطة تتبع الموارد.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في تخصص هندسي ذي صلة.
- خبرة ذات صلة تتراوح بين 0 و2 سنة في بيئات الهندسة أو البناء أو تسليم المشاريع.
- يُشجَّع خريجو الجامعات حديثاً الذين لديهم خبرة تدريب تعاوني أو تدريب صيفي قوية على التقديم.
المهارات المطلوبة
- فهم أساسي لمبادئ تسليم المشاريع والهندسة.
- القدرة على قراءة المخططات الهندسية والمواصفات والمستندات الفنية وتفسيرها.
- مهارات تنظيمية وتنسيقية قوية.
- مهارات تواصل جيدة والقدرة على العمل ضمن فريق.
- إجادة تطبيقات Microsoft Office.
- الإلمام ببرامج الهندسة وإدارة المشاريع ميزة إضافية.
- القدرة على إدارة مهام متعددة والعمل بفعالية في بيئة سريعة الإيقاع.
- مهارات تحليلية وحل مشكلات قوية.
- معرفة بممارسات البناء ومعايير الجودة ومتطلبات الصحة والسلامة ميزة إضافية.

What You'll Be Doing
- Support project planning activities, including scope development, scheduling, and progress tracking.
- Assist in reviewing engineering designs, drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary engineering teams to support project design and delivery.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to project leadership.
- Support site activities by coordinating with contractors, consultants, and relevant stakeholders.
- Assist in identifying technical issues and contribute to developing practical solutions.
- Ensure project documentation is maintained and updated in accordance with project requirements.
- Participate in project meetings and prepare meeting minutes and action trackers.
- Support compliance with quality standards, project specifications, and safety requirements.
- Assist in reviewing shop drawings, material submittals, and technical reports.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure timely completion of project deliverables.
- Support risk identification and mitigation efforts throughout project execution.
- Assist in the preparation of technical reports, presentations, and project status updates.
- Support coordination with clients, regulatory authorities, and other stakeholders as required.
- Contribute to cost monitoring and resource tracking activities.
- Bachelor’s degree in related engineering discipline.
- 0-2 years of relevant experience in engineering, construction, or project delivery environments.
- Fresh graduates with strong internship or cooperative training experience are encouraged to apply.
- Basic understanding of project delivery and engineering principles.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Familiarity with engineering and project management software is an advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of construction practices, quality standards, and health & safety requirements is a plus.
