تسعى شركة Parsons Corporation إلى توظيف مهندس قائد متخصص في الهياكل الفولاذية (Lead Engineer - Steel Structure) للعمل في مكة وجدة، السعودية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- قيادة وإدارة مشاريع الهندسة الإنشائية الفولاذية من التصميم المفاهيمي وحتى التصميم التفصيلي والتصنيع والتركيب والإنجاز النهائي.
- تقديم التوجيه الفني والإرشاد والإشراف للمهندسين الإنشائيين والمصممين وفرق المشروع.
- التنسيق مع مديري المشاريع والمهندسين المعماريين والمهندسين المدنيين وتخصصات MEP والمقاولين والمصنعين وأصحاب المصلحة الآخرين لتلبية متطلبات المشروع.
- تحديد مخرجات المشروع ومراجعة المتطلبات والأولويات الهندسية لدعم تنفيذ المشروع بنجاح.
- مراقبة تقدم المشروع والأداء الفني والمخرجات والميزانيات والجداول الزمنية.
- قيادة تحليل وتصميم أنظمة الهياكل الفولاذية بما في ذلك المباني والمنشآت الصناعية والملاعب والهياكل طويلة الامتداد والمنصات والمظلات والدعامات الجملونية وحوامل الأنابيب والتجميعات الفولاذية المعقدة الأخرى.
- إجراء ومراجعة الحسابات الإنشائية لأحمال الجاذبية والجانبية والزلزالية والرياح والحرارية والتعب وغيرها من ظروف التحميل المنطبقة.
- تصميم ومراجعة العناصر الفولاذية والإطارات والدعامات وأنظمة التثبيت والوصلات والقواعد الأساسية ومسامير التثبيت والمكونات الإنشائية الأخرى.
- وضع معايير التصميم والمخططات الإنشائية ومسارات الأحمال والحسابات التصميمية والمواصفات والتقارير الهندسية.
- مراجعة واعتماد الرسومات الإنشائية الفولاذية ورسومات التصنيع ورسومات التركيب وتفاصيل الوصلات ومواصفات المواد والمستندات الفنية المقدمة.
- استخدام برامج التحليل والتصميم الإنشائي المتقدمة لتطوير حلول فعالة وآمنة وقابلة للتنفيذ.
- ضمان تنسيق واجهات التصميم بشكل صحيح مع الأساسات والهياكل الخرسانية والعناصر المعمارية والمعدات وخدمات المباني.
- ضمان امتثال تصاميم الهياكل الفولاذية للمعايير والكودات المحلية والوطنية والدولية المطبقة بما في ذلك AISC و ASCE و Eurocodes و BS standards و AWS وغيرها من متطلبات المشروع.
- تفسير مواصفات المشروع ومتطلبات العملاء ومعايير التصميم واللوائح التنظيمية المطبقة.
- ضمان استيفاء الأنظمة الإنشائية لمتطلبات القوة والثبات وقابلية الخدمة والمتانة والحماية من الحرائق وقابلية البناء والأداء.
- مراجعة افتراضات التصميم والحسابات والنماذج والرسومات والمواصفات من أجل الدقة الفنية والامتثال.
- دعم إعداد وحل الانحرافات الفنية وتوضيحات التصميم وإشعارات التغيير الهندسي.
- قيادة مراجعات التصميم ومراجعات التنسيق بين التخصصات ومراجعات قابلية البناء وتمارين الهندسة القيمية وتقييمات المخاطر.
- تنفيذ إجراءات مراقبة الجودة للحفاظ على دقة واتساق وسلامة المخرجات الهندسية.
- مراجعة المخرجات الهندسية التي تعدها الفرق الداخلية والاستشاريون والمصنعون والمقاولون من الباطن.
- تحديد مشكلات التصميم المحتملة والتصادمات وقيود قابلية البناء والمخاطر وتطوير تدابير التخفيف العملية.
- ضمان إكمال جميع الوثائق الفنية وفقًا لإجراءات إدارة الجودة للمشروع.
- التنسيق مع مصنعي الفولاذ والمقاولين بشأن طرق التصنيع وتفاصيل الوصلات والتفاوتات ومتطلبات المواد وتسلسل التركيب.
- مراجعة رسومات التصنيع والتركيب وشهادات المواد وإجراءات اللحام ومتطلبات الفحص والاختبار وتقارير عدم المطابقة.
- تقديم الدعم الفني أثناء أنشطة التصنيع والتسليم والتركيب.
- إجراء زيارات ميدانية وعمليات تفتيش للتحقق من الامتثال للرسومات والمواصفات ومتطلبات الجودة المعتمدة.
- الرد على طلبات المعلومات والاستفسارات الفنية والتغييرات الميدانية وقضايا البناء المتعلقة بالتصميم.
- دعم حل قيود التركيب ومتطلبات الأعمال المؤقتة والتعديلات الميدانية وقضايا الواجهات.
- التواصل مع العملاء والمقاولين والمصنعين والاستشاريين والموردين والجهات التنظيمية لحل المشكلات الفنية وتقديم حلول فعالة.
- إعداد وتقديم التقارير الفنية ومراجعات التصميم وتحديثات التقدم والحسابات ووثائق المشروع لأصحاب المصلحة.
- تعزيز التعاون الفعال عبر فرق الهندسة والبناء والمشتريات ومراقبة المشروع والتجارية.
- المشاركة في اجتماعات تنسيق التصميم واجتماعات التقدم وورش العمل الفنية والعروض التقديمية للعملاء.
- الحفاظ على تواصل قوي مع أصحاب المصلحة في المشروع طوال دورة حياة التصميم والبناء.
- تحديد وتنفيذ حلول هيكلية فولاذية مبتكرة واقتصادية وقابلة للبناء.
- تعزيز استخدام منهجيات التصميم الفعالة والتجميع النمطي والتصنيع المسبق والهندسة الرقمية وسير عمل نمذجة معلومات البناء.
- البقاء على اطلاع دائم بالتطورات في مواد الفولاذ وتصميم الوصلات وتقنيات التصنيع وطرق التركيب وبرامج التحليل الإنشائي والكودات والمعايير ذات الصلة.
- دعم مبادرات الدروس المستفادة والتحسين المستمر للعمليات الهندسية والأدوات والمخرجات.
- المساهمة في تطوير المعايير الهندسية ودلائل التصميم والقوالب وأفضل الممارسات.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية أو الهندسة الإنشائية أو تخصص ذي صلة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 18 عامًا في الهندسة الإنشائية الفولاذية، تتضمن خبرة كبيرة في أدوار القيادة الفنية.
- خبرة واسعة في تحليل وتصميم وتفصيل وتصنيع وتركيب الهياكل الفولاذية.
- معرفة قوية بسلوك الفولاذ الإنشائي وتصميم العناصر وتصميم الوصلات والثبات ومسارات الأحمال والأنظمة الإنشائية وقابلية البناء.
- إتقان استخدام برامج التحليل والتصميم الإنشائي مثل STAAD.Pro و SAP2000 و ETABS و RAM و Tekla Structural Designer أو منصات مكافئة.
- معرفة قوية بكودات التصميم الإنشائي المطبقة (مثل AISC و ASCE و Eurocodes و BS standards).

What You'll Be Doing
- Lead and manage steel structural engineering projects from conceptual design through detailed design, fabrication, erection, and final completion.
- Provide technical direction, guidance, and mentorship to structural engineers, designers, and project teams.
- Coordinate with project managers, architects, civil engineers, MEP disciplines, contractors, fabricators, and other stakeholders to meet project requirements.
- Establish project deliverables, review requirements, and engineering priorities to support successful project execution.
- Monitor project progress, technical performance, deliverables, budgets, and schedules.
- Lead the analysis and design of structural steel systems, including buildings, industrial structures, stadiums, long-span structures, platforms, canopies, trusses, pipe racks, and other complex steel assemblies.
- Perform and review structural calculations for gravity, lateral, seismic, wind, thermal, fatigue, and other applicable loading conditions.
- Design and review steel members, frames, trusses, bracing systems, connections, base plates, anchor bolts, and other structural components.
- Develop design criteria, structural schemes, load paths, design calculations, specifications, and engineering reports.
- Review and approve structural steel drawings, fabrication drawings, erection drawings, connection details, material specifications, and technical submittals.
- Utilize advanced structural analysis and design software to develop efficient, safe, and constructible solutions.
- Ensure design interfaces are properly coordinated with foundations, concrete structures, architectural elements, equipment, and building services.
- Ensure steel structure designs comply with applicable local, national, and international codes and standards, including AISC, ASCE, Eurocodes, BS standards, AWS, and other project-specific requirements.
- Interpret project specifications, client requirements, design criteria, and applicable regulatory standards.
- Ensure structural systems meet strength, stability, serviceability, durability, fire protection, constructability, and performance requirements.
- Review design assumptions, calculations, models, drawings, and specifications for technical accuracy and compliance.
- Support the preparation and resolution of technical deviations, design clarifications, and engineering change notices.
- Lead design reviews, interdisciplinary coordination reviews, constructability reviews, value engineering exercises, and risk assessments.
- Implement quality control procedures to maintain the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of engineering deliverables.
- Review engineering deliverables prepared by internal teams, consultants, fabricators, and subcontractors.
- Identify potential design issues, clashes, constructability constraints, and risks, and develop practical mitigation measures.
- Ensure all technical documentation is completed in accordance with project quality management procedures.
- Coordinate with steel fabricators and contractors regarding fabrication methods, connection details, tolerances, material requirements, and erection sequencing.
- Review fabrication and erection drawings, material certificates, welding procedures, inspection and testing requirements, and nonconformance reports.
- Provide technical support during fabrication, delivery, and erection activities.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to verify compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality requirements.
- Respond to requests for information, technical queries, field changes, and design-related construction issues.
- Support the resolution of erection constraints, temporary works requirements, field modifications, and interface issues.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, fabricators, consultants, suppliers, and regulatory authorities to resolve technical issues and provide effective solutions.
- Prepare and present technical reports, design reviews, progress updates, calculations, and project documentation to stakeholders.
- Foster effective collaboration across engineering, construction, procurement, project controls, and commercial teams.
- Participate in design coordination meetings, progress meetings, technical workshops, and client presentations.
- Maintain strong communication with project stakeholders throughout the design and construction lifecycle.
- Identify and implement innovative, economical, and constructible steel structural solutions.
- Promote the use of efficient design methodologies, modularization, prefabrication, digital engineering, and Building Information Modeling workflows.
- Stay current with developments in steel materials, connection design, fabrication technology, erection methods, structural analysis software, and relevant codes and standards.
- Support lessons-learned initiatives and continuous improvement of engineering processes, tools, and deliverables.
- Contribute to the development of engineering standards, design guidelines, templates, and best practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 18 years of experience in structural steel engineering, including significant experience in technical leadership roles.
- Extensive experience in the analysis, design, detailing, fabrication, and erection of steel structures.
- Strong knowledge of structural steel behavior, member design, connection design, stability, load paths, structural systems, and constructability.
- Proficiency in structural analysis and design software, such as STAAD.Pro, SAP2000, ETABS, RAM, Tekla Structural Designer, or equivalent platforms.
- Strong knowledge of applicable structural design codes and standards, including AISC, ASCE, Eurocodes, BS standards, AWS, and project-specific requirements.
- Experience reviewing structural steel fabrication drawings, erection drawings, connection details, and technical submittals.
- Understanding of steel fabrication processes, welding, bolting, inspection, testing, tolerances, corrosion protection, fire protection, and erection methodologies.
- Strong project management, technical coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven leadership and team management capabilities.
- Analytical, organized, and detail-oriented mindset.
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic project environment.
- Ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams, clients, contractors, fabricators, and consultants.
- Master’s degree in Structural Engineering is preferred.
- Experience with complex steel structures, long-span systems, industrial structures, stadiums, large public venues, or major infrastructure projects is strongly preferred.
- Professional engineering registration or equivalent certification is preferred.
