تعمل شركة Madar | مدار على تحويل الأفكار والاحتياجات التشغيلية إلى منتجات وأنظمة رقمية قابلة للتوسع، مع تخصص في تطوير المواقع والتجارة الإلكترونية وتطبيقات الويب والجوال والبرمجيات المخصصة وتكامل الأنظمة وأتمتة سير العمل وتصميم واجهات المستخدم/تجربة المستخدم. يجمع الفريق بين الرؤية التجارية والتصميم المدروس والتقنية الموثوقة لتقديم حلول تعزز الكفاءة وتجربة العميل. يوفر مدار بيئة تعاونية للمحترفين التقنيين الراغبين في العمل على مشاريع متنوعة ذات أثر فعّال. في هذا الدور، يعمل المهندس مباشرة مع العملاء لتصميم وبناء ونشر المنتجات والأنظمة الرقمية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- العمل مباشرة مع العملاء لتصميم وبناء ونشر المنتجات والأنظمة الرقمية.
- ترجمة متطلبات العمل إلى حلول تقنية مناسبة.
- تطوير الخدمات الخلفية وواجهات برمجة التطبيقات (APIs).
- دمج الأنظمة لدعم تطبيقات الويب والجوال.
- التعاون مع المصممين ومديري المنتجات والمطورين لتحسين سير العمل وأتمتة العمليات.
- ضمان جودة الكود وقابليته للصيانة.
- استكشاف مشكلات الإنتاج وإصلاحها وتحسين الأداء.
- المساهمة في التوثيق التقني وأفضل الممارسات.
- التواصل بوضوح مع أصحاب المصلحة وإدارة الأولويات.
- تحديد فرص تعزيز عمليات العملاء من خلال التقنية.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- أساس قوي في علوم الحاسب (هياكل البيانات والخوارزميات وهندسة البرمجيات).
- إتقان تطوير الويب الخلفي وتطوير البرمجيات مع خبرة في بناء APIs والتطبيقات من جهة الخادم.
- مهارات برمجة عملية في لغة حديثة واحدة على الأقل (مثل Python أو JavaScript/TypeScript أو Java أو C# أو ما يشابهها).
- فهم قوي لمفاهيم البرمجة كائنية التوجه (OOP) وتطبيقها في الأنظمة الواقعية.
- خبرة مع قواعد البيانات (SQL و/أو NoSQL)، وأنظمة التحكم بالنسخ (Git)، وسير العمل الحديث.
- القدرة على العمل مباشرة مع العملاء وجمع المتطلبات وترجمتها إلى تصاميم تقنية.
- إلمام بأدوات وممارسات التعاون عن بُعد؛ القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل ضمن فرق موزعة.
- درجة البكالوريوس في علوم الحاسب أو الهندسة أو مجال ذي صلة، أو خبرة معادلة.
- خبرة مع منصات السحابة أو تكامل الأنظمة أو أتمتة سير العمل تُعتبر ميزة إضافية.
- مهارات قوية في حل المشكلات، وتواصل كتابي وشفهي واضح، والتركيز على الجودة والموثوقية.

Role Description The Forward Deployed Engineer role is a full-time remote position focused on working directly with clients to design, build, and deploy digital products and systems. - Proficiency in Back-End Web Development and Software Development, with experience building APIs and server-side applications.
- Hands-on Programming skills in at least one modern language (e.g., Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, C#, or similar).
- Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts and application in real-world systems.
- Experience with databases (SQL and/or NoSQL), version control (Git), and modern development workflows.
- Ability to work directly with clients, gather requirements, and translate business needs into technical designs.
- Comfort with remote collaboration tools and practices; ability to work independently and within distributed teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience with cloud platforms, system integration, or workflow automation is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills, clear written and verbal communication, and a focus on quality and reliability.
