تعلن شركة Vanderlande عن وظيفة مشرف كهربائي للموقع (Site Electrical Supervisor Eng) في مكة وجدة بالمملكة العربية السعودية.

نبذة عن الوظيفة

ستشرف على تركيب المعدات الكهربائية وأنشطة التشغيل (Controls Commissioning) في مواقع المشاريع الصغيرة. ستقود فريقًا مع التركيز على السلامة والجودة، وستدير مراحل ما قبل التشغيل والتكامل والاختبار، مع ضمان تسليم المشروع بسلاسة. كذلك ستلعب دورًا محوريًا في تدريب الفنيين والحفاظ على الوثائق الأساسية للمشروع، مما يسهم في نمو الفريق وجودة التنفيذ.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • الإشراف على الأنشطة الكهربائية في الموقع (التركيب والاختبار والتشغيل) للمكونات الكهربائية مثل توزيع الطاقة ولوحات التحكم والأسلاك وفقًا لجدول المشروع.
  • المساهمة في إعداد جدول التركيبات الكهربائية ومراجعة المخططات والرسومات الكهربائية لضمان الامتثال للمتطلبات والكودات الكهربائية.
  • تركيب وحدات PLC و HMI وتحميل برامج OT لجميع وحدات التحكم والتحقق من عمل خزانات السلامة والتحكم.
  • تنفيذ ودعم أنشطة ما قبل التشغيل مثل فحص I/O واختبار الواجهة مع SCADA واختبار الأسلاك الميدانية بعد التشغيل واختبار التشغيل الميكانيكي (MRT).
  • تنفيذ أو دعم أنشطة التشغيل (الوظائفية والسعة والمتطلبات) وإجراء تغييرات طفيفة في برنامج OT واستكشاف أخطاء التحكم.
  • دعم التكامل واختبار الموقع وتوثيق as-built وتنفيذ snagging والتصحيح.
  • تفويض المسؤوليات وتقديم تعليمات واضحة لفريق التركيبات من الفنيين الكهربائيين والمقاولين الفرعيين، وضمان الالتزام بمعايير الجودة وعمليات Vanderlande.
  • خلق بيئة عمل آمنة من خلال تعزيز ثقافة السلامة بين فرق التركيبات طوال تنفيذ المشروع وتنظيم جميع الأنشطة المتعلقة بالصحة والسلامة والبيئة في الموقع.
  • إجراء دراسات الجدوى لمناطق التركيبات والتحقق من الجاهزية والمرافق المطلوبة للتركيبات (Startup Installation).
  • الحفاظ على وجود قوي في الموقع من خلال جولات ميدانية منتظمة وفحوصات الجودة وفقًا لمعايير Vanderlande.
  • مراقبة تقدم الفريق وإبلاغ مدير الموقع بانتظام، وضمان التنسيق الفعال مع المقاولين الفرعيين وأصحاب المصلحة.
  • التعاون مع فريق المشتريات لتنسيق التسليم في الوقت المناسب للمواد والمعدات الكهربائية.
  • تنسيق تركيب وتكامل معدات الطرف الثالث مثل أجهزة الفحص وقارئات البطاقات والموازين.
  • توثيق جميع أنشطة التركيبات وحفظ السجلات وإعداد تقارير التقدم لإدارة المشروع.
  • إدارة أوامر التغيير وطلبات المعلومات والحفاظ على الرسومات الحمراء لـ O&M.
  • تحديد فرص تحسين عملية إدارة الموقع ودعم جهود التحسين المستمر.
  • تولي مسؤولية تدريب الفنيين الجدد لتعزيز مهاراتهم وتعزيز التحسين المستمر للفريق ونشر قيمة "Everyday Better" من خلال الدروس المستفادة.
  • تنظيم وتسهيل جميع أنشطة الدعم لضمان تسليم سلس وعالي الجودة لفريق التشغيل والاختبار حتى التسليم للعميل.
  • دعم إدارة الخدمات اللوجستية للموقع من خلال تنظيم التفريغ والأنشطة ذات الصلة.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في تنفيذ مشاريع المناولة (Material Handling) في تشغيل أنظمة التحكم (Controls Commissioning) أو الإشراف الكهربائي على التركيبات في الموقع.
  • معرفة بالمكونات الكهروميكانيكية والخزانات والأسلاك الميدانية.
  • القدرة على فهم الرسومات الهندسية والمواصفات والتخطيطات وتفسير جداول المشروع والخدمات اللوجستية.
  • دراية بأنواع مختلفة من المفاتيح الكهربائية (Switch gears) والمحركات (Drives) وخبرة في اختبار I/O.
  • خبرة في تنفيذ ودعم تشغيل LLC (Low Level Control) لاختبارات I/O واختبارات التشغيل الميكانيكي بما في ذلك وظائف الخزانة.
  • شهادة في الهندسة أو ما يعادلها، مع تفضيل خلفية في الهندسة الكهربائية أو الإلكترونية.
  • قد يتطلب المنصب السفر إلى مواقع المشاريع حسب الحاجة.

Job Description

About Role

As a Controls & Electrical Supervisor at Vanderlande, you will be playing a dynamic role in which you will oversee electrical equipment installations and controls commissioning activities for small project sites. Leading a team, safety and quality are paramount, with your strong on-site presence ensuring project success. You will handle pre-commissioning, integration coordination, and testing support, facilitating smooth site handovers.

Additionally, you will play a pivotal role in training technicians and maintaining essential project documentation, contributing to team growth and quality project execution.

Responsibilities

Installation SupervisionOrganize and supervise onsite electrical activities like Installation, Testing & Commissioning of electrical components including power distribution, control panels, wirings etc. for Vanderlande material handling projects in line with the project schedule and following the agreed sequence.Contribute to creating electrical installation schedule, Review electrical drawings, schematics, and equipment specifications to ensure compliance with project requirements and electrical codes. 

  • Controls Activities

Install PLC/HMI’s. Download OT Software’s for all controllers and validate correct function of safety & control cabinets.Execute & support Pre-commissioning activities like I/O Checks, Interface test with SCADA, Field Wiring Test after power On, Mechanical Running Test (MRT).Execute or Support commissioning activities (Functionality, capacity, requirements).Execute minor changes in OT Program & perform controls troubleshooting.Support Integration, Site testing, as-built documentation, perform snagging and rectification. 

  • Guidance

Delegate responsibilities and provide clear instructions to the onsite installation team of electrical technicians/subcontractors, ensuring that all installation work complies with quality standards and strictly adheres to Vanderlande processes.

  • Safety Focus
  • Create safe working environment by fostering a culture of safety among installations teams throughout the project execution.
  • Organize all HSE related activities on site.
  • Surveying

Conduct feasibility surveys for installation areas. Check readiness & facilities required for installation as a part of preparation for “Startup Installation.”

  • Quality Control

Leading by example, maintain a strong onsite presence through regular site walks and a thorough quality checks in alignment with Vanderlande standards.

  • Reporting & Coordination
  • Monitor team's progress and regularly report on work progress to the site manager.
  • Ensure effective coordination with subcontractors and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with procurement team to coordinate the timely delivery of electrical materials and equipment’s.
  • Coordinate installation and integration of 3rd party equipment’s like Screening machines, Tag Readers, weighing scales etc.
  • Document all installation activities, maintain accurate records, and prepare progress reports for project management.
  • Manage change orders & RFIs, maintain red line drawings for O&M
  • Continuous Improvement
  • Identify opportunities for improvement of site management process and support continuous enhancement efforts.
  • Assume responsibility for training new technicians to enhance their skills, fostering ongoing team improvement, and promoting the core value of "Everyday Better" through lessons learned.
  • Support Activities
  • Organize and facilitate all support activities to ensure a smooth high-quality handover to commissioning and support commissioning & testing teams until handover to the customer.
  • Support site logistic management by organizing proper unloading and other related activities.

Desired Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in executing material handling projects in controls commissioning and (or) electrical site supervision for installations.
  • Has knowledge of electromechanical components, cabinets, and field wirings.
  • Ability to comprehend engineering drawings, specifications, layouts, and effectively interpret project and logistics schedules.
  • Ability to understand & modify LLC code in relevant platforms (Siemens S7 Series)
  • Knowledge of diverse types of Switch gears, Drives & Experience of I/O testing.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting electromechanical issues and taking proactive measures to resolve them.
  • Experience in executing / supporting LLC (Low Level Control) commissioning for I/O tests and Mechanical Run Tests, including cabinet functionality.
  • Possess conceptual knowledge of PLC systems (Siemens), different type of hardware’s,

Communication protocols (Profinet, Ethernet, Profibus, ASI).

  • Hand on experience with AutoCAD, Navis and E. Plan drawing would be advantageous.
