تعلن شركة Vanderlande عن توفر وظيفة مشرف ميكانيكي في الموقع (BHS Eng) للعمل في مشاريع بمكة وجدة، السعودية. يهدف الدور إلى الإشراف على تركيب المعدات الميكانيكية لمشاريع مناولة المواد، وقيادة الفريق لضمان الجودة والسلامة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- الإشراف على تركيب المعدات الميكانيكية والكهروميكانيكية لمشاريع مناولة المواد وفقاً للجدول الزمني.
- توجيه فريق التركيب في الموقع وضمان الالتزام بمعايير الجودة وإجراءات Vanderlande.
- تعزيز ثقافة السلامة بين فريق التركيب طوال تنفيذ المشروع.
- إجراء مسح لمناطق التركيب والتحقق من الجاهزية والمرافق المطلوبة، ودعم تسليم الموقع.
- الحفاظ على تواجد ميداني قوي من خلال جولات منتظمة وجدولة تدقيق شاملة تركز على السلامة ومراقبة الجودة.
- المساهمة في إعداد جدول التركيب والالتزام به لتحقيق المواعيد النهائية.
- مراقبة تقدم الفريق وتحديد فرص التحسين ودعم جهود التحسين المستمر.
- رفع تقارير دورية عن سير العمل إلى مدير الموقع والتنسيق مع المقاولين من الباطن وأصحاب المصلحة.
- تدريب الفنيين الجدد لتعزيز مهاراتهم ودعم التحسين المستمر للفريق وفقاً لقيمة 'كل يوم أفضل'.
- تنظيم وتسهيل أنشطة الدعم لضمان بدء التشغيل والاختبار بسلاسة حتى التسليم للعميل.
- تنفيذ أعمال التركيب الميكانيكي والفحص الميكانيكي الثابت.
- إعداد ملاحظات ورسومات 'كما تم البناء' وقائمة العيوب.
- المشاركة في أنشطة استشارية مثل بدء تشغيل نظام النقل، وبدء تشغيل سلامة نطاق التحكم، وإنشاء قطع غيار التركيب، وإنشاء خطة إدارة الموقع، وتوثيق المستندات الهندسية 'كما تم البناء'، وبدء تشغيل خزائن نظام النقل وأنظمة السلامة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة من 2 إلى 5 سنوات في تنفيذ مشاريع مناولة المواد أو قيادة فرق التركيب في الموقع لأنظمة مناولة المواد.
- معرفة عميقة بأنظمة النقل ومكوناتها والمعدات الميكانيكية الشائعة في مناولة المواد.
- القدرة على قراءة وفهم الرسومات الهندسية والمواصفات والتخطيطات وتفسير جداول المشاريع والتخطيط.
- خبرة في استكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاحها وحل المشكلات الفنية أثناء التركيب.
- خبرة في الحفاظ على مراقبة الجودة أثناء التركيب لضمان تشغيل الأنظمة بكفاءة وموثوقية.
- القدرة على إجراء مسوحات دقيقة لمناطق التركيب وتقييم الجاهزية وضمان المحاذاة الصحيحة لأنظمة النقل بناءً على بيانات المسح.
- خبرة عملية في AutoCAD وNavis تعتبر ميزة إضافية.
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الميكانيكية (مفضلة).
- قد تتطلب هذه الوظيفة السفر إلى مواقع المشاريع حسب الحاجة.

- Supervision Organize and supervise the installation of mechanical and electromechanical equipment for Vanderlande material handling projects in line with the project schedule.
- Guidance Provide clear instructions to the onsite installation team, ensuring that all installation work complies with quality standards and strictly adheres to Vanderlande processes.
- Safety Focus Foster a culture of safety among installations team throughout the project execution.
- Surveying Conduct surveys for installation areas, check readiness & facilities required for installation. Support for the site handover.
- Quality Control Maintain a strong onsite presence through regular site walks and a thorough auditing schedule, with a focus on safety and quality control in alignment with Vanderlande standards.
- Monitoring & Reporting Contribute to creating the project installation schedule and adhere to it to meet project timelines.
Regularly report on work progress to the Site Manager, ensuring effective coordination with subcontractors and stakeholders.
- Continuous Improvement Assume responsibility for training new technicians to enhance their skills, fostering ongoing team improvement, and promoting the core value of "Everyday Better" through lessons learned.
- Support Organize and facilitate all support activities to ensure a smooth commissioning and testing process until handover to the customer.

- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in executing material handling projects/ leading Site installation teams for MHS.
- In-depth knowledge of conveyor systems, their components, and mechanical equipment commonly used in material handling.
- Ability to comprehend engineering drawings, specifications, layouts, and effectively interpret project and planning schedules.
- Experienced in proficiently troubleshooting and problem-solving to address any technical challenges during installation.
- Experience in maintaining quality control during installation, ensuring systems operate efficiently and reliably.
- The ability to conduct precise surveys of installation areas, assess readiness, and ensure accurate alignment and installation of conveyor systems based on survey data.
- Hand on experience with AutoCAD, Navis and would be advantageous.
