تعلن شركة دايكن السعودية، إحدى الشركات الرائدة في أنظمة التدفئة والتهوية وتكييف الهواء، عن توفر وظيفة مساعد فني تكييف وهواء (HVAC Assistant Technician) للسعوديين حديثي التخرج أو ذوي الخبرة المبكرة، للعمل في جدة.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
- نبحث عن كوادر سعودية في بداية مسيرتهم المهنية، حاصلين على دبلوم أو شهادة تقنية/مهنية في تخصص التكييف والتبريد أو تكييف الهواء، للانضمام إلى فريق الخدمة والصيانة.
- ستدعم فريق الخدمة ذا الخبرة في أعمال صيانة أنظمة التكييف، واستكشاف الأعطال وإصلاحها، والتركيب، والاختبار، والتشغيل في مواقع العملاء.
- ستكتسب خبرة عملية مع تقنيات التكييف الرائدة مثل Chillers وVRV وDX وAHU وFAHU وFCU، مع تطوير مهاراتك الفنية وحل المشكلات.

المهام والمسؤوليات
- حضور مكالمات الخدمة والصيانة لأنظمة التكييف.
- المساعدة في أعمال الصيانة الوقائية، واستكشاف الأعطال، والإصلاح، والتركيب، والتشغيل.
- تحديد الأعطال الميكانيكية والكهربائية والتبريدية والإبلاغ عنها.
- إجراء عمليات التعامل الأساسية مع المبردات، وفحص التسرب، واستبدال المكونات تحت الإشراف.
- قراءة المخططات الفنية الأساسية، ورسوم التوصيلات الكهربائية، وأدلة الخدمة.
- إعداد تقارير الخدمة والحفاظ على سجلات دقيقة.
- اتباع جميع معايير الصحة والسلامة والجودة.
- صيانة الأدوات والمعدات وتقديم دعم احترافي للعملاء.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- دبلوم أو شهادة تقنية/مهنية في تخصص التكييف والتبريد أو تكييف الهواء.
- خريج حديث أو محترف في بداية المسيرة المهنية بخبرة من 0 إلى 1 سنة في المجال ذي الصلة.
- التدريب الداخلي أو الصناعي يُعتبر ميزة إضافية.
- فهم أساسي لمبادئ التكييف والتبريد والكهرباء.
- الاستعداد للتعلم وتطوير مهارات استكشاف الأعطال.
- مهارات جيدة في العمل الجماعي والتواصل وخدمة العملاء.
- مهارات تواصل جيدة باللغة العربية ومستوى أساسي في اللغة الإنجليزية.
- معرفة أساسية ببرامج MS Word وExcel.
- الراحة في العمل في مواقع العملاء وفي الهواء الطلق.
- التزام قوي بالسلامة والجودة.

How You Will Make An Impact
- Attend service and maintenance calls for HVAC systems.
- Assist with preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, installation, and commissioning.
- Identify and report mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration faults.
- Perform basic refrigerant handling, leak checks, and component replacement under supervision.
- Read basic technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and service manuals.
- Prepare service reports and maintain accurate records.
- Follow all HSE and quality standards.
