دايكن السعودية تعلن عن وظيفة مهندس مشاريع - تبريد في الرياض، حيث سيكون مسؤولاً عن التنفيذ الناجح لمشاريع التبريد في جميع أنحاء المملكة. يدعم دورة حياة المشروع الكاملة من تسليم المبيعات إلى التسليم النهائي، مع ضمان التسليم الآمن وفي الوقت المحدد وضمن الميزانية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- مراجعة نطاق المشروع والمواصفات والرسومات والمتطلبات التعاقدية بعد تسليم المبيعات.
- دعم تخطيط المشروع وجدولة وتحديد متطلبات الموارد والمشتريات وأنشطة التنفيذ في الموقع.
- التنسيق مع فرق الهندسة والمشتريات والخدمات اللوجستية والمقاولين من الباطن والعملاء والاستشاريين لضمان تسليم المشروع بسلاسة.
- مراجعة المقدمات الفنية والرسومات وبيانات الطرق واعتمادات المواد.
- التنسيق والإشراف على تركيب أنظمة التبريد (خاصة أنظمة NH₃ والجليكول والأنظمة التجارية).
- مراقبة تقدم الموقع والتأكد من إنجاز العمل وفقاً للرسومات والمواصفات المعتمدة ومتطلبات الجودة ومعايير الصحة والسلامة والبيئة.
- تتبع تقدم المشروع مقابل الجداول الزمنية والمعالم والأنشطة المخطط لها.
- مراقبة تسليم المواد ومتطلبات الموقع والتغيرات والتأخيرات المحتملة.
- إعداد تقارير التقدم وتقديم تحديثات منتظمة لمدير المشروع والإدارة.
- تحديد المشكلات الفنية والتنفيذية والتنسيق لاتخاذ الإجراءات التصحيحية في الوقت المناسب.
- دعم مراقبة التكاليف وضمان الاستخدام الفعال للمواد والموارد.
- التنسيق لأنشطة الاختبار والتشغيل لأنظمة التبريد الصناعي.
- دعم استكشاف الأخطاء وحل المشكلات الفنية والموقعية.
- التنسيق لعمليات التفتيش وإغلاق قوائم النقاط المعلقة مع العملاء والاستشاريين.
- ضمان إتمام الرسومات حسب التنفيذ وأدلة التشغيل والصيانة وتقارير الاختبار والضمانات ووثائق التسليم الأخرى.
- دعم التسليم النهائي للعميل وإغلاق المشروع.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الميكانيكية أو تخصص ذي صلة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في مشاريع التبريد الصناعي أو HVAC أو MEP أو مشاريع ذات صلة، ويفضل خبرة في التبريد الصناعي.
- معرفة جيدة بأنظمة التبريد NH₃ والجليكول بما في ذلك التركيب والاختبار والتشغيل.
- معرفة بتقنيات التبريد مثل NH₃ وCO₂ وHFCs وHCFCs وCFCs.
- معرفة عملية بمعايير IIAR وASHRAE وASME.
- يفضل الحصول على شهادة PMP.
المهارات المطلوبة
- خبرة في استخدام MS Project أو Primavera P6.
- مهارات تقنية قوية وحل المشكلات والتنسيق والتواصل.
- فهم جيد لوثائق المشروع وتنفيذ الموقع ومتطلبات الجودة والصحة والسلامة والبيئة.
- القدرة على التنسيق الفعال مع العملاء والاستشاريين والمقاولين من الباطن والفرق الداخلية.

About The Role
The Project Engineer - Refrigeration is based in Riyadh and responsible for the successful execution of Refrigeration projects across KSA. The role supports the full project lifecycle from Sales handover through planning, engineering coordination, procurement, site execution, testing and commissioning, and final handover, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and in accordance with contractual, quality, and HSE requirements.
How You Will Make An Impact
Project Planning & Execution
- Review project scope, specifications, drawings, and contractual requirements following Sales handover.
- Support project planning, scheduling, resource requirements, procurement, and site execution activities.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, logistics, subcontractors, clients, and consultants to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Review technical submittals, drawings, method statements, and material approvals.
- Coordinate and monitor installation of Refrigeration systems, particularly NH₃ and glycol systems & Commercial.
- Monitor site progress and ensure work is completed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, quality requirements, and HSE standards.
- Track project progress against schedules, milestones, and planned activities.
- Monitor material deliveries, site requirements, variations, and potential delays.
- Prepare progress reports and provide regular updates to the Project Manager and management.
- Identify technical and execution issues and coordinate timely corrective actions.
- Support cost control and ensure efficient utilization of materials and resources.
- Coordinate testing and commissioning activities for Industrial Refrigeration systems.
- Support troubleshooting and resolution of technical and site-related issues.
- Coordinate inspections, snagging, and punch-list closure with clients and consultants.
- Ensure completion of as-built drawings, O&M manuals, test reports, warranties, and other handover documents.
- Support final client handover and project close-out.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Industrial Refrigeration, HVAC, MEP, or related projects, preferably with Industrial Refrigeration experience.
- Good knowledge of NH₃ and glycol refrigeration systems, including installation, testing, and commissioning.
- Knowledge of refrigeration technologies including NH₃, CO₂, HFCs, HCFCs, and CFCs.
- Working knowledge of IIAR, ASHRAE, and ASME standards.
- Experience with MS Project or Primavera P6.
- PMP certification is preferred.
- Strong technical, problem-solving, coordination, and communication skills.
- Good understanding of project documentation, site execution, quality, and HSE requirements.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams.
- Willingness to travel to project sites across KSA as required.
