We are seeking a highly talented, innovative, and strategic Engineering Manager to lead the Corporate Engineering Department, overseeing Design & Projects, Maintenance, and Engineering Safety. the ideal candidate is a visionary engineering leader with exceptional capabilities in design, innovation, systems development, and complex problem-solving, combined with strong awareness of international QSR trends and emerging technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and continuously improve corporate engineering systems, standards, manuals, policies, and processes.

* Lead innovative restaurant design solutions, kitchen layouts, and engineering developments to enhance operational efficiency, capacity, and customer experience.

* Establish engineering training programs, technical competency frameworks, and capability development initiatives for regional engineering teams and licensees.

* Develop and oversee engineering compliance audits, performance evaluations, and corrective action systems.

* Provide technical leadership in resolving complex engineering challenges and conflicts related to standards and processes.

* Drive engineering research, innovation, and continuous improvement through international benchmarking and emerging technologies.

* Lead and develop a high-performing multidisciplinary corporate engineering team.

Qualifications & Experience:

* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Architecture.

* More than 10 years of progressive engineering experience, including at least 5 years in leadership positions.

* Proven expertise in engineering design, innovation, project management, and technical systems development.

* Strong experience in developing engineering standards, governance frameworks, and technical processes.

* Experience in QSR, foodservice, hospitality, or large multi-site operations is highly preferred.

* Knowledge of international engineering best practices, emerging technologies, and operational efficiency methodologies.

* PMP or equivalent professional certification is required.

* Strong analytical and complex problem-solving abilities.

* Strategic thinking and international business awareness.

* Systems thinking and standardization capabilities.

* Strong project management and commercial acumen.
