شركة بارسونز (Parsons Corporation) تبحث عن مهندس موقع أول - إنشائي (Lead Field Engineer - Structural) للانضمام إلى فريق الإشراف على الإنشاءات في الموقع، ضمن مشروع تطوير رئيسي في الرياض.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
يشمل المشروع تصميم وأعمال تمكين وأعمال رئيسية لتطوير وجهة واسعة النطاق تضم عدة أصول أيقونية ومرافق ضيافة وبنية تحتية داعمة. يُسلم المشروع ضمن إطار حوكمة العميل بمتطلبات صارمة تتعلق بالبرنامج والجودة والسلامة والاستدامة. ويتولى مستشار الإشراف على الإنشاءات (CSC) مسؤولية توفير إشراف وإدارة مستقلين من البداية إلى النهاية، لضمان إنجاز جميع الأعمال وتكاملها واختبارها وتشغيلها وتسليمها بما يحقق أهداف التشغيل الناجح والإرث الطويل الأمد.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- قيادة والإشراف على جميع أنشطة التشييد الإنشائي في الموقع، وضمان الامتثال للرسومات والمواصفات المعتمدة ومتطلبات العقد ومعايير الجودة.
- إدارة وتوفير التوجيه الفني لفريق من مفتشي الإنشاءات والمهندسين الميدانيين.
- إجراء عمليات تفتيش منتظمة للأعمال الإنشائية تشمل الأساسات والهياكل الخرسانية والهياكل الفولاذية والجدران الاستنادية والأعمال المؤقتة.
- التنسيق مع المقاولين والاستشاريين وأصحاب المصلحة في المشروع لحل المشكلات المتعلقة بالإنشاءات والهيكل الإنشائي.
- مراجعة وتقييم المخططات التنفيذية للهيكل الإنشائي وطرق العمل وترسيات المواد وطلبات التفتيش.
- التحقق من تنفيذ جميع الأعمال الإنشائية وفقاً للتصاميم المعتمدة والكودات والمعايير ومواصفات المشروع ذات الصلة.
- مراقبة تقدم التشييد وتحديد المخاطر المحتملة والتأخيرات وتحديات قابلية التنفيذ.
- مراجعة خطط العمل الخاصة بالمقاولين وضمان الامتثال للجداول الزمنية للمشروع ومعالمه الرئيسية.
- ضمان تطبيق إجراءات ضمان الجودة ومراقبة الجودة لجميع الأعمال الإنشائية.
- الحفاظ على سجلات دقيقة لعمليات التفتيش وتقارير عدم المطابقة والتعليمات الميدانية وتقارير التقدم.
- دعم أنشطة الاختبار والتشغيل والتسليم عند الاقتضاء.
- تعزيز وإنفاذ الامتثال لمتطلبات الصحة والسلامة والبيئة والاستدامة.
- مساعدة المهندس المقيم ومدير الإنشاءات في تحقيق أهداف تسليم المشروع بنجاح.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية أو الهندسة الإنشائية.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 15 عاماً في الإشراف على تشييد الهياكل الإنشائية أو التفتيش أو الهندسة الميدانية في مشاريع رئيسية للبنية التحتية أو المباني أو التطويرات متعددة الاستخدامات.
- خبرة قوية في الخرسانة المسلحة والهياكل الفولاذية والأساسات العميقة والهياكل الاستنادية والأعمال المؤقتة.
- خبرة مثبتة في قيادة فرق الإشراف الميداني في مشاريع واسعة النطاق.
- فهم قوي لمبادئ الهندسة الإنشائية وطرق التشييد والكودات التصميمية الدولية.
- خبرة في مراجعة الرسومات الإنشائية والحسابات والمخططات التنفيذية وترسيات المقاولين.
- القدرة على تحديد وحل المشكلات الإنشائية والإنشائية المعقدة.
- مهارات ممتازة في القيادة والتواصل والتنسيق وإعداد التقارير.
- إجادة استخدام مجموعة مايكروسوفت أوفيس وبرامج الهندسة ذات الصلة.
المهارات المطلوبة
- خبرة في العمل على المشاريع الضخمة والتطورات الأيقونية ومراكز المؤتمرات ومشاريع الضيافة والمطارات أو التطورات الكبيرة متعددة الاستخدامات.
- خبرة سابقة في بيئة مستشار الإشراف على الإنشاءات (CSC).
- الإلمام بتسليم المشاريع المدعوم بنمذجة معلومات البناء (BIM) وعمليات التشييد الرقمية.
- خبرة في دعم مراحل الاختبار والتشغيل وتسليم المشروع.
- مهارات قوية في إدارة أصحاب المصلحة والتنسيق متعدد التخصصات.
- التسجيل المهني أو الوضع المعتمد (Chartered) يعتبر ميزة إضافية.

Delivered under a client governance framework with stringent programme, quality, safety, and sustainability requirements, the Construction Supervision Consultant (CSC) is responsible for providing independent, end-to-end supervision and management, ensuring that all works are completed, integrated, tested, commissioned, and handed over to support both successful operations and long-term legacy objectives.
What You'll Be Doing
- Lead and supervise all structural construction activities on site, ensuring compliance with approved drawings, specifications, contract requirements, and quality standards.
- Manage and provide technical direction to a team of structural inspectors and field engineers.
- Conduct regular inspections of structural works, including foundations, concrete structures, steel structures, retaining walls, and temporary works.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders to resolve structural and construction-related issues.
- Review and evaluate structural shop drawings, method statements, material submissions, and inspection requests.
- Verify that all structural works are executed in accordance with approved designs, relevant codes, standards, and project specifications.
- Monitor construction progress and identify potential risks, delays, and constructability challenges.
- Review contractor work plans and ensure compliance with project schedules and milestones.
- Ensure implementation of quality assurance and quality control procedures for all structural works.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, non-conformance reports, site instructions, and progress reports.
- Support testing, commissioning, and handover activities where applicable.
- Promote and enforce compliance with health, safety, environmental, and sustainability requirements.
- Assist the Resident Engineer and Construction Manager in achieving successful project delivery objectives.
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering.
- Minimum 15+ years of experience in structural construction supervision, inspection, or field engineering on major building, infrastructure, or mixed-use development projects.
- Strong expertise in reinforced concrete, structural steel, deep foundations, retaining structures, and temporary works.
- Proven experience leading site supervision teams on large-scale projects.
- Strong understanding of structural engineering principles, construction methodologies, and international design codes.
- Experience reviewing structural drawings, calculations, shop drawings, and contractor submissions.
- Ability to identify and resolve complex structural and construction-related issues.
- Excellent leadership, communication, coordination, and reporting skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant engineering software.
- Experience working on mega projects, iconic developments, convention centers, hospitality projects, airports, or large mixed-use developments.
- Previous experience within a Construction Supervision Consultant (CSC) environment.
- Familiarity with BIM-enabled project delivery and digital construction processes.
- Experience supporting testing, commissioning, and project handover phases.
- Strong stakeholder management and multidisciplinary coordination skills.
- Professional registration or chartered status is an advantage.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and complex project environment.
