شركة بارسونز (Parsons Corporation) تبحث عن مهندس ميداني ميكانيكي (Field Engineer - Mechanical) للانضمام إلى فريق الإشراف على الإنشاءات في مشروع تطوير رئيسي في الرياض.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
يتضمن المشروع تصميم وتمكين وأعمال رئيسية لتطوير وجهة واسعة النطاق تضم عدة أصول أيقونية ومرافق ضيافة وبنية تحتية داعمة. يُنفذ ضمن إطار حوكمة العميل بمتطلبات صارمة للبرنامج والجودة والسلامة والاستدامة. مستشار الإشراف على الإنشاءات (CSC) مسؤول عن تقديم إشراف وإدارة مستقلين وشاملين لضمان إنجاز جميع الأعمال وتكاملها واختبارها وتسليمها لدعم العمليات الناجحة وأهداف الإرث طويلة المدى.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- مراقبة والإشراف على أنشطة الإنشاءات الميكانيكية لضمان الامتثال للرسومات المعتمدة والمواصفات ومتطلبات العقد ومعايير الجودة.
- إجراء تفتيشات ميدانية منتظمة لأنظمة التدفئة والتهوية وتكييف الهواء (HVAC) والسباكة ومكافحة الحريق والوقود والمياه والصرف الصحي وغيرها من الأنظمة الميكانيكية.
- التنسيق مع المقاولين والاستشاريين وأصحاب المصلحة في المشروع لحل المشكلات المتعلقة بالميكانيكا والإنشاءات.
- مراجعة بيانات الطرق (method statements) وطلبات التفتيش وتقديمات المواد والرسومات التنفيذية وإجراءات العمل المتعلقة بالأنظمة الميكانيكية.
- التحقق من أن التركيبات الميكانيكية تُنفذ وفقًا للخطط المعتمدة ومواصفات المشروع والكودات والمعايير المطبقة.
- المساعدة في مراقبة جداول المشروع وتحديد التأخيرات المحتملة والمخاطر وقضايا التداخل المتعلقة بالأعمال الميكانيكية.
- مراقبة عمليات ضبط الجودة والتأكد من الامتثال لمتطلبات التفتيش والاختبار.
- الحفاظ على سجلات ميدانية دقيقة وتقارير يومية ووثائق تفتيش وتقارير تقدم العمل.
- دعم أنشطة الاختبار والتشغيل (commissioning) والاختبار المتكامل للأنظمة والتسليم للأنظمة الميكانيكية.
- ضمان الامتثال لمتطلبات الصحة والسلامة والبيئة والاستدامة.
- مساعدة المهندس المقيم ومدير الإنشاءات في تحقيق أهداف المشروع بنجاح.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الميكانيكية أو تخصص هندسي ذي صلة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في الإشراف على الإنشاءات أو التفتيش أو الهندسة الميدانية للأعمال الميكانيكية في مشاريع المباني أو البنية التحتية الكبيرة.
المهارات المطلوبة
- فهم قوي لأنظمة التدفئة والتهوية وتكييف الهواء (HVAC) والسباكة ومكافحة الحريق وأنظمة الضخ وخدمات المباني الميكانيكية الأخرى.
- خبرة في مراجعة الرسومات الميكانيكية والمواصفات والرسومات التنفيذية وتقديمات المقاولين.
- معرفة بالكودات الميكانيكية الدولية ومعايير وأفضل ممارسات الإنشاءات.
- القدرة على تحديد وتحليل وحل المشكلات الميكانيكية في الموقع بفعالية.
- مهارات ممتازة في التنسيق والتواصل وإعداد التقارير.
- إتقان استخدام مايكروسوفت أوفيس وبرامج الهندسة ذات الصلة.
المهارات المرغوبة
- خبرة في العمل على المشاريع الضخمة أو المشاريع البارزة أو مشاريع الضيافة أو مراكز المؤتمرات أو المطارات أو المشاريع متعددة الاستخدامات الكبيرة.
- خبرة سابقة في بيئة مستشار الإشراف على الإنشاءات (CSC).
- الإلمام بعمليات تسليم المشاريع المعتمدة على BIM وتنسيق النماذج.
- معرفة بمتطلبات الاختبار والموازنة والتشغيل والتسليم للأنظمة الميكانيكية.
- خبرة في التنسيق مع فرق الهندسة متعددة التخصصات والمقاولين.
- مهارات تنظيمية قوية والقدرة على العمل في بيئة مشاريع سريعة الوتيرة.

Delivered under a client governance framework with stringent programme, quality, safety, and sustainability requirements, the Construction Supervision Consultant (CSC) is responsible for providing independent, end-to-end supervision and management, ensuring that all works are completed, integrated, tested, commissioned, and handed over to support both successful operations and long-term legacy objectives.
What You'll Be Doing
- Monitor and supervise mechanical construction activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, contract requirements, and quality standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections of HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, fuel, water, drainage, and other mechanical systems.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders to resolve mechanical and construction-related issues.
- Review method statements, inspection requests, material submissions, shop drawings, and work procedures related to mechanical systems.
- Verify that mechanical installations are carried out in accordance with approved plans, project specifications, and applicable codes and standards.
- Assist in monitoring project schedules and identifying potential delays, risks, and interface issues related to mechanical works.
- Monitor quality control processes and ensure compliance with inspection and testing requirements.
- Maintain accurate site records, daily reports, inspection documentation, and progress reports.
- Support testing, commissioning, integrated systems testing, and handover activities for mechanical systems.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and sustainability requirements.
- Assist the Resident Engineer and Construction Manager in the successful delivery of project objectives.
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in construction supervision, inspection, or site engineering of mechanical works on major building or infrastructure projects.
- Strong understanding of HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, pumping systems, and other building mechanical services.
- Experience reviewing mechanical drawings, specifications, shop drawings, and contractor submissions.
- Knowledge of international mechanical codes, standards, and construction best practices.
- Ability to identify, analyze, and resolve site-related mechanical issues effectively.
- Excellent coordination, communication, and reporting skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant engineering software.
- Experience working on mega projects, landmark developments, hospitality projects, convention centers, airports, or large mixed-use developments.
- Previous experience within a Construction Supervision Consultant (CSC) environment.
- Familiarity with BIM-enabled project delivery processes and model coordination.
- Knowledge of testing, balancing, commissioning, and handover requirements for mechanical systems.
- Experience coordinating with multidisciplinary engineering teams and contractors.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced project environment.
