نبذة عن الوظيفة
هذه فرصة لاكتساب خبرة عملية في تشغيل شبكات المحمول، تجمع بين المعرفة التقنية والتفكير التحليلي وخدمة العملاء لضمان أداء موثوق للشبكة. البرنامج مخصص للخريجين التقنيين الجدد، ويتضمن العمل بنظام المناوبات النهارية والليلية في مركز عمليات الشبكة (NOC) بالرياض.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- مراقبة شبكات المحمول الحية على مدار الساعة وطوال أيام الأسبوع، وتحديد الحوادث، ودعم الحل في الوقت المناسب لتقليل انقطاع الخدمة.
- تنسيق وتنفيذ أنشطة الصيانة الاستباقية والتفاعلية من المستوى الأول للحفاظ على توفر الخدمة وتحقيق أهداف مستوى الخدمة (SLA).
- فتح وإدارة تذاكر شكاوى العملاء ومعالجة أوامر الخدمة باستخدام الأنظمة والأدوات التشغيلية.
- التحقيق في حوادث الشبكة من خلال تحليل الاتجاهات لأداء المستخدم النهائي وأعطال الشبكة لتحديد المشكلات المحتملة مبكراً.
- المساهمة في تطوير وتنفيذ الحلول التي تلبي متطلبات العملاء المتطورة.
المهارات المطلوبة
- درجة البكالوريوس في تخصص الاتصالات، أو الهندسة الكهربائية، أو هندسة البرمجيات، أو أي مجال تقني ذي صلة.
- فهم أساسي لشبكات الاتصالات وعناصر الشبكة، أو اهتمام قوي بالتكنولوجيا والجيل الخامس (5G).
- مهارات تواصل جيدة باللغة الإنجليزية كتابةً وتحدثاً.
- تفكير تحليلي قوي، وقدرات تقنية، ومهارات حل المشكلات.
- القدرة على الاستجابة بسرعة، والتواصل بوضوح، والعمل بفعالية ضمن فريق.
- الفضول، والطموح، والمثابرة، والرغبة في التعلم.
- المرونة للعمل بنظام المناوبات الدورية بما في ذلك المناوبات الليلية.

About This Opportunity

What you will do:
- Monitor live mobile networks 24/7, identify incidents, and support timely resolution to minimize service disruptions.
- Coordinate and execute first-level proactive and reactive maintenance activities to maintain service availability and meet Service Level Agreement (SLA) targets.
- Open and manage customer trouble tickets and process service orders using operational systems and tools.
- Investigate network incidents through trend analysis of end-user performance and network faults to identify potential issues early.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of solutions that address evolving customer requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Electrical, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Basic understanding of telecommunications networks and network elements, or a strong interest in technology and 5G.
- Good written and spoken English communication skills.
- Strong analytical thinking, technical aptitude, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to respond quickly, communicate clearly, and work effectively in a team.
- Curiosity, ambition, perseverance, and a willingness to learn.
- Flexibility to work rotational shifts, including nights.
