في شركة Ericsson، يعد مهندس العمليات المؤتمتة جزءًا أساسيًا من تقديم الخدمات المدارة، ويعمل ضمن محرك عمليات إريكسون لضمان استمرارية الخدمات وأدائها ضمن اتفاقيات مستوى الخدمة. يتضمن الدور مراقبة على مدار الساعة طوال أيام الأسبوع لجميع الخدمات ومكونات البنية التحتية، وإدارة الاستثناءات والأحداث الحرجة. هذه الفرصة مفتوحة حصريًا للسعوديين وفقًا لمبادرات السعودة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إجراء مراقبة على مدار 24/7 للخدمات والشبكات والإنذارات والأحداث ومؤشرات الأداء لضمان بقاء العمليات ضمن اتفاقيات مستوى الخدمة (SLA).
- إجراء التحقيق والتحليل من المستوى الأول لتحديد الأسباب الجذرية للمشكلات التشغيلية واستباق أي انقطاعات محتملة تؤثر على الخدمة.
- الإشراف على عمليات الاسترداد المؤتمتة والتحقق من أنشطة استعادة الخدمة.
- إدارة دورة حياة تذكرة الحادث بالكامل، بما في ذلك التعريف والإنشاء والتحديث والتوجيه والتتبع والتصعيد والإغلاق.
- أداء إدارة الأعطال من المستوى الأول واستكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاحها ودعم الصيانة التصحيحية، مع تصعيد المشكلات الحرجة أو غير المحلولة إلى مستويات الدعم الأعلى.
- التنسيق مع فرق العمليات الميدانية للصيانة في الموقع وحل الأعطال وفقًا لالتزامات SLA وKPI.
- دعم الصيانة الوقائية وتنفيذ الأعمال المخطط لها وأنشطة مراقبة التغيير ضمن النطاق التشغيلي المعتمد.
- دعم مراقبة تجربة العملاء وتقييم اتجاهات الشكاوى والمساهمة في مبادرات التحسين التشغيلي.
- إعداد التقارير التشغيلية وتقارير الحوادث وملخصات الأداء.
- أداء التحكم في الوصول عن بُعد وإدارة الوصول المنطقي ودعم توفير الوصول أثناء الحوادث والتغييرات الحرجة.
- التنسيق مع الفرق متعددة الوظائف لضمان استمرارية الخدمة والامتثال التشغيلي.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- بكالوريوس في الاتصالات أو علوم الحاسب أو ما يعادلها.
- 0-2 سنوات من الخبرة في قطاع الاتصالات.
- الشهادات المتعلقة بالاتصالات أو IP تعتبر ميزة إضافية.
- معرفة جيدة بشبكات GSM وWCDMA وLTE وهياكل شبكات خدمات الاتصالات.
- فهم مؤشرات أداء الخدمة وأطر KPI وتحليل التدهور ومنهجيات استكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاحها.
- معرفة بمبادئ التبديل في الاتصالات وشبكات النقل ومفاهيم حركة المرور والخدمات ذات القيمة المضافة.
- فهم أساسي للتعلم الآلي والذكاء الاصطناعي والأتمتة وتقنيات السحابة.
- قدرات تحليلية وحل مشكلات قوية.
- مهارات ممتازة في العمل الجماعي والتواصل والتعاون متعدد الوظائف.
- القدرة على العمل بفعالية تحت الضغط في بيئة تشغيلية تعتمد على المناوبات.
- عقلية استباقية وموجهة نحو التفاصيل ومدفوعة بالنتائج.
- الالتزام بالأخلاقيات والامتثال والقيم التنظيمية.
- إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية.

This role is responsible for coordinating, supporting, and executing first-level proactive and reactive operational activities to ensure customer services remain continuously available and perform within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs). The role provides 24/7 surveillance and monitoring across all in-scope services and infrastructure components, with a strong focus on service availability, network performance, operational stability, and automated operations. What you will do:
- Perform 24/7 monitoring of services, networks, alarms, events, and performance indicators to ensure operations remain within agreed SLAs.
- Conduct first-level investigation and analysis to identify root causes of operational issues and proactively anticipate potential service-impacting disruptions.
- Supervise automated recovery processes and validate service restoration activities.
- Manage the full incident ticket lifecycle, including identification, creation, updates, routing, tracking, escalation, and closure.
- Perform first-level fault management, troubleshooting, and corrective maintenance support, escalating critical or unresolved issues to higher support levels.
- Coordinate with Field Operations teams for onsite maintenance and fault resolution in line with SLA and KPI commitments.
- Support preventive maintenance, planned work execution, and change monitoring activities within approved operational scope.
- Support customer experience monitoring, assess complaint trends, and contribute to operational improvement initiatives.
- Prepare operational reports, incident reports, and performance summaries.
- Perform remote access control, logical access management, and support access provisioning during critical incidents and changes.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure service continuity and operational compliance.
- BSc in Telecommunications, Computer Science, or equivalent.
- 0-2 years of experience in the telecom industry.
- Telecom or IP-related certifications are considered an advantage.
- Good knowledge of GSM, WCDMA, LTE, and telecom service network architectures.
- Understanding of service performance indicators, KPI frameworks, degradation analysis, and troubleshooting methodologies.
- Knowledge of telecom switching principles, transport networks, traffic concepts, and value-added services.
- Basic understanding of Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, automation, and Cloud technologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent teamwork, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a shift-based operational environment.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven mindset.
- Commitment to ethics, compliance, and organizational values.
- Fluency in English.
