شركة بارسونز (Parsons Corporion) تبح عن مختص في نضام إدارة مشروعات (PMIS) للإنضمام إلى فريقه في مينة الرياص.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • تنفيذ وتخصيص وتسليم المشروعات في نضام إدارة المشروعات (PMWeb).
  • دعم المستخدمين وإدارة النضام لـ PMWeb.
  • إجراء التغييرات في PMWeb باسخدام أدوات التصميم المرتبطة.
  • تهيئ ونشر التغييرات اللا زمة لسير العمل والاستما رات والتكوينات والتقارير وغيرها.
  • الحفاظ على وتحديث الوثائق لطلبات الدعم والتغييرات اللمجاة على النضام.
  • تصميم وتطوير أدلة المستخدم.
  • التوإعل مع المستخدمين لتوضيح الحلول لطلبات الدعم و/أو تقديم التدريب حسب الحاجة.
  • تعيين وتعديل صلاحيات الوصول.
  • تعديل وتطوير العليا التجارية والاستما رات وسير العمل وعناصر البيانات وعناصر البيانات الديناميكية ولوحات المتابعة.
  • المساعدة في المشروعات عند الحاجة، بما في ذلك تحديث النصخ وترحيل البيانات من الأنظمة القديمة وضمان سلمية البيانات.
  • تهيئ المشروعات والبرامج والعمليات التجارية.
  • تهيئة مهام سير العمل واإجراءات.
  • تطوير تقارير مخصصة في SSRS وPower BI Paginated Reports.
  • الإشرف على موظفي إدخال البيانات/توثيق المستندات المكلين للمشروعات.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • دجة بكالوريوس في علوم الحاسب أو مجال ذي صلة.
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في إدارة وتنفيذ أنظمة إدارة الوثائق الإلكترنية (EDMS) و/أو أنظمة إدارة المشروعات (PMIS) لمشروعات البناء أو الهندسة.
  • خبرة مثبتة في تنفيذ PMWeb وAconex.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • معرفة قوية بعمليات البناء والهندسة.
  • خبرة عملية فنية في SQL وSQL Server مع القدية على العمل بأقل كب من الإشرف على: تطوير النماذج المخصصة، إعداد بنية البيانات، ااستعلامات قواعد البانات وبرمجة SQL وXML، إعداد المستخدمين وضوابط الوصول.
  • خبرة في Visual Studio.
  • خبرة في SSRS (خدمات تاريرSQL Server) لبناء وصيانة التارير المخصصة.
  • معرفة قوية باستعلامات SQL للأغار التارير وحل المشاكل وتخصي النظمة.
  • خبرة في Power BI لتطوير لوحات متابعة تفاعلية ومرئيات بيانية.
  • خبرة في أنظمة التكامل عبر خدمات الويب وروابط قواعد البيانات.
  • فهم فني جيد جًا لـ PMWeb يكفي لتقييم مستوى الجهد اللازم لمعالجة طلبات الدعم.
  • قدرة على تنظيم وإدارة المهام بكفاءة.
  • مهارات تواصل كتابية وشفوية قوية.

Job Description

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented PMIS Specialist to join our team!

What You'll Be Doing

  • Implementation, customization, and delivery of projects into PMIS (PMWeb).
  • User and administration support for PMIS (PMWeb).
  • Ability to perform changes in PMIS using related design tools.
  • Configuration and deployment of necessary changes to workflows, forms, configurations, reports, etc.
  • Maintaining and updating documentation for the support requests and changes made to the system.
  • Designing and developing user guides.
  • Interacting with users to communicate solutions to support requests and/or provide training as needed.
  • Assigning and modifying access control.
  • Modifying and developing business processes, forms, workflows, data elements, dynamic data elements, and dashboards.
  • Assisting with projects as needed, including version updates, migrating data from legacy systems, and ensuring data integrity.
  • Configuring projects, programs, and business processes.
  • Configuring workflow assignments and actions.
  • Custom Reports Development in SSRS & Power BI Paginated Reports
  • Supervising data entry/document control staff assigned to projects.


What Required Skills You'll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science (or related field).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in administering and implementing EDMS and/or PMIS for construction or engineering projects.
  • Proven experience in implementing PMWeb and Aconex.
  • Strong knowledge of construction and engineering processes.
  • Technical hands-on experience with SQL and SQL Server, with the ability to perform with minimal or no supervision on:
  • Custom Forms development.
  • Data structure setup.
  • Database queries, SQL scripting, and XML scripting.
  • User setup and access control.
  • Visual Studio experience.
  • Experience with SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services) for building and maintaining custom reports.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL Queries for reporting, troubleshooting, and system customization.
  • Experience with Power BI for developing interactive dashboards and data visualizations.
  • Experience with integration systems through web services and database links.
  • Very good technical understanding of PMWeb is sufficient to assess the level of effort needed to address support requests.
  • Ability to organize and manage tasks efficiently.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
