تعلن Ericsson عن وظيفة Integration Engineer - IMS & UDM في الرياض، السعودية. نحن نبحث عن مهندس تكامل لتصميم ودمج وتكوين وترقية وصيانة حلول الاتصالات ضمن شبكات العملاء.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • التفاعل مع العملاء لفهم المتطلبات وحل المشكلات الفنية وتقديم الحلول وتنسيق أنشطة التنفيذ.
  • تحليل بنية الشبكة والواجهات والسعة والتبعيات والقيود التشغيلية.
  • إعداد وتنفيذ خطط HLD و LLD و MoP والتنفيذ والاختبار والترقية وخطط التراجع.
  • دمج وتكوين وظائف الIMS و UDM مع الأنظمة المحيطة.
  • تنفيذ ترقيات البرامج والتصحيحات والهجرات وتنشيط الميزات والتحقق بعد التغيير.
  • التحقق من التراخيص والمشتركين والواجهات والتكرار والإنذارات والعدادات والإجراءات التشغيلية.
  • استكشاف مشكلات الإشارة والتكوين والأداء والخدمة عبر SIP و Diameter و SS7/SCCP و HTTP/2 و REST/SBA و TLS و IP.
  • تحليل السجيلات والتتبعات والإنذارات والعدادات والقطات الحزم لتحديد الأسباب الجذرية والإجراءات التصحيحية.
  • دعم حالات استخدام 4G/5G Core و VoLTE و VoNR و VoWiFi والتجول والتشغيل المتبادل والمصادقة على المشترك.
  • العمل مع البيئات الافتراضية والسحابية الأصلية بما في ذلك Kubernetes و CNF/VNF.
  • دعم اختبار القبول لدى العملاء والتسليم ونقل المعرفة واستقرار الإنتاج.
  • المشاركة في نوافذ الصيانة المخطة وتغييرات الإنتاج والهجرات واختبار الفشل واستعادة الخدمة عن الحاجة.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في الاتصالات أو علوم الحاسب أو تقنية المعلومات أو هندسة الحاسب أو مجال ذي صلة.
  • خبرة مهنية في تكامل الاتصالات، ويفضل أن تكون في مجال IMS و UDM و EPC/5GC و HSS/HLR وبيانات المشتركين أو منصات الخدمة.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • معرفة قوية بتقنيات IMS مثل CSCF و TAS/خوادم التطبقات و SBC و HSS/HLR.
  • خبرة في تقنيات بيانات المشتركين مثل UDM و UDR/UDSF و AUSF و HSS-FE و HLR-FE و CCDM أو CCSM.
  • خبرة عملية في التكوين والتكامل والترقيات والتصحيحات وتنشيط الميزات واستكشاف المشكلات.
  • فهم جيد لـ SIP و Diameter و SS7/SCCP و HTTP/2 و REST و DNS و TCP/IP و TLS و PKI.
  • معرفة قوية بشبكات IP بما في ذلك التوجيه و VLANs وجدران الحماية وموازنة الحمولة و DNS والتوفر العالي.

About this opportunity:

We are looking for an Integration Engineer - IMS & UDM to design, integrate, configure, upgrade, and maintain telecom solutions within customer networks.

You will combine hands-on engineering with customer engagement and end-to-end delivery ownership, working across IMS, UDM, subscriber data, 4G/5G Core, and cloud-native environments. You will collaborate with customer technical teams, product experts, support organizations, and project stakeholders to successfully introduce and maintain services in live networks.

What you will do:

  • Engage with customers to understand requirements, resolve technical issues, present solutions, and coordinate implementation activities.
  • Analyze network architecture, interfaces, capacity, dependencies, and operational constraints.
  • Prepare and execute HLD, LLD, MoP, implementation, testing, upgrade, and rollback plans.
  • Integrate and configure IMS and UDM network functions with surrounding systems.
  • Perform software upgrades, patches, migrations, feature activation, and post-change validation.
  • Verify licenses, subscribers, interfaces, redundancy, alarms, counters, and operational procedures.
  • Troubleshoot signaling, configuration, performance, and service issues across SIP, Diameter, SS7/SCCP, HTTP/2, REST/SBA, TLS, and IP.
  • Analyze logs, traces, alarms, counters, and packet captures to determine root causes and corrective actions.
  • Support 4G/5G Core, VoLTE, VoNR, VoWiFi, roaming, interworking, and subscriber authentication use cases.
  • Work with virtualized and cloud-native environments, including Kubernetes and CNF/VNF.
  • Support customer acceptance testing, handover, knowledge transfer, and production stabilization.
  • Participate in planned maintenance windows, production changes, migrations, failover testing, and service restoration when required.

The skills you bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  • Professional telecom integration experience, preferably within IMS, UDM, EPC/5GC, HSS/HLR, subscriber data, or service platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of IMS technologies such as CSCF, TAS/Application Servers, SBC, and HSS/HLR.
  • Experience with subscriber-data technologies such as UDM, UDR/UDSF, AUSF, HSS-FE, HLR-FE, CCDM, or CCSM.
  • Hands-on experience with configuration, integration, upgrades, patching, feature activation, and troubleshooting.
  • Good understanding of SIP, Diameter, SS7/SCCP, HTTP/2, REST, DNS, TCP/IP, TLS, and PKI.
  • Strong IP networking knowledge, including routing, VLANs, firewalls, load balancing, DNS, and high availability.
  • Experience with Kubernetes, CNF/VNF, virtualization, or cloud-native telecom environments is highly valued.
  • Experience with VoLTE, VoNR, VoWiFi, roaming, 5G Core, or subscriber-data migration is an advantage.
  • Strong customer-facing communication, problem-solving, and delivery ownership.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with distributed teams.
  • Willingness to support night/weekend maintenance windows and on-call activities when required.
