About this opportunity:

We are looking for a Mobile Core Network Performance Engineer to monitor and analyze CS, PS, IMS, IN and International network performance, ensuring service quality, capacity readiness and compliance with contractual KPIs.

What you will do:

• Analyze network KPIs, investigate degradations and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
• Perform capacity assessments and traffic forecasting, including readiness planning for Hajj, Ramadan and Eid.
• Monitor International voice, roaming, MVNO and national roaming performance.
• Configure and maintain Performance Statistical Alarms, reports and dashboards.
• Assess the impact of network changes, upgrades and expansions.
• Prepare SLA, governance and Service Impact Reports.
• Support cross-functional teams, performance improvements and automation use cases.
  
  

You will bring:

• A BSc degree in Telecommunication Engineering or a related discipline.
• At least five years of experience in Ericsson Mobile Core network performance.
• Strong knowledge of CS, PS, IMS and IN networks, signaling protocols, interfaces and call flows.
• Experience with ENIQ, ENM, BusinessObjects and MasterClaw/eoLive.
• Skills in SQL, UNIX scripting, Power BI and Excel.
• Strong analytical, forecasting, communication and reporting skills.
• A customer-focused approach, ownership and the ability to work effectively under pressure
