فرصة للانضمام إلى شركة Parsons Corporation في الرياض كمدير تصميم (Design Manager) للإشراف على إدارة التصميم لمشروع تطوير مختلط واسع النطاق.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- قيادة وإدارة جميع أنشطة التصميم للمشاريع المختلطة الكبيرة، وضمان التوافق مع أهداف المشروع وجداوله الزمنية وميزانياته.
- الإشراف على فرق التصميم متعددة التخصصات وتوجيهها في المشاريع المعقدة.
- مراجعة وتنسيق حزم التصميم المعمارية والإنشائية والمدنية والكهربائية والميكانيكية والبنية التحتية وتنسيق المواقع.
- ضمان امتثال التصاميم للقوانين والمعايير ومتطلبات الجهات المختصة ومواصفات العميل.
- قيادة مراجعات التصميم ومبادرات الهندسة القيمية وتقييمات قابلية التنفيذ.
- إدارة استشاريي التصميم ومراقبة أدائهم ومخرجاتهم وجداولهم الزمنية.
- التنسيق الوثيق مع فرق الإشراف على الإنشاءات لحل المشكلات المتعلقة بالتصميم أثناء تنفيذ المشروع.
- قيادة ورش العمل الفنية واجتماعات أصحاب المصلحة مع العملاء والاستشاريين والمقاولين.
- مراجعة الطلبات الفنية وتغييرات التصميم وطلبات المعلومات (RFIs) والمقترحات الهندسية.
- تحديد مخاطر المشروع وتطوير استراتيجيات التخفيف المتعلقة بالتصميم والهندسة.
- ضمان الجودة والاكتمال والاتساق لجميع مخرجات التصميم.
- دعم قيادة المشروع في تحقيق المعالم الرئيسية والتسليم الناجح للمشروع.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية أو الهندسة الإنشائية (يفضّل درجة الماجستير).
- التسجيل المهني في الهندسة أو الزمالة (Chartered) يُعتبر ميزة إضافية.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 15 عاماً في مشاريع التصميم والإنشاءات.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في دور مدير تصميم أو قيادة تصميم في مشاريع تطوير كبرى.
- خبرة مثبتة في العمل على مشاريع مختلطة واسعة النطاق أو تطوير حضري أو فنادق أو تجارية أو سكنية أو مشاريع ضخمة.
- خلفية قوية في مشاريع الإشراف على الإنشاءات وإدارة التصميم خلال مراحل التنفيذ.
- خبرة مثبتة في إدارة فرق استشارية متعددة التخصصات وواجهات معقدة مع أصحاب المصلحة.
- معرفة ممتازة بمعايير التصميم الدولية وأفضل الممارسات الهندسية.
- مهارات قوية في التواصل والقيادة وإدارة العملاء.
المهارات المطلوبة
- خبرة في تنفيذ مشاريع تطوير مختلطة معقدة تضم مكونات سكنية وتجارية وتجزئة وفنادق ومناطق عامة.
- فهم قوي للأنظمة الإنشائية وقابلية التنفيذ وتنسيق التصميم.

Job Description
Parsons is seeking an experienced Design Manager to lead and coordinate the design management function for a large-scale mixed-use development project. What You'll Be Doing
- Lead and manage all design activities for large mixed-use developments, ensuring alignment with project objectives, schedules, and budgets.
- Supervise and provide direction to multidisciplinary design and drafting teams on complex projects.
- Review and coordinate architectural, structural, civil, MEP, infrastructure, and landscaping design packages.
- Ensure designs comply with applicable codes, standards, authority requirements, and client specifications.
- Drive design reviews, value engineering initiatives, and constructability assessments.
- Manage design consultants and monitor performance, deliverables, and schedules.
- Coordinate closely with construction supervision teams to resolve design-related issues during project execution.
- Lead technical workshops and stakeholder meetings with clients, consultants, and contractors.
- Review technical submittals, design changes, RFIs, and engineering proposals.
- Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies related to design and engineering matters.
- Ensure quality, completeness, and consistency of all design deliverables.
- Support project leadership in achieving project milestones and successful project delivery.
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering (Master's degree preferred).
- Professional Engineering registration or chartership is an advantage.
- Minimum 15+ years of experience in design and construction projects.
- Minimum 5 years in a Design Manager or Design Leadership role on major developments.
- Proven experience working on large mixed-use, urban development, hospitality, commercial, residential, or mega-projects.
- Strong background in construction supervision projects and design management during execution phases.
- Demonstrated experience managing multidisciplinary consultant teams and complex stakeholder interfaces.
- Excellent knowledge of international design standards and engineering best practices.
- Strong communication, leadership, and client management skills.
- Experience delivering complex mixed-use developments comprising residential, commercial, retail, hospitality, and public realm components.
- Strong understanding of structural systems, constructability, and design coordination.
