وظيفة قائد مشروع - التخطيط وإدارة الحوكمة شاغرة لدى بنده بمدينة جدة

Job Purpose:

To provide technical expertise and leadership for the design, development and execution of assigned projects and ensure that the projects meet predefined business requirements and are delivered on time, budget and agreed quality.

Key Accountability:

1. Lead planning and execution of assigned projects to ensure timely delivery within budget and agreed quality standards.
2. Coordinate project resources and teams to optimize productivity and ensure alignment with business objectives.
3. Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets to monitor progress, manage risks, and ensure achievement of project milestones.
4. Engage with stakeholders and internal departments to gather requirements, validate solutions, and ensure project alignment with organizational goals.
5. Monitor and report project performance using KPIs and dashboards to provide senior management with actionable insights and ensure transparency.
6. Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize project delays, cost overruns, and quality issues.
7. Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and governance frameworks to maintain operational excellence and project integrity.
8. Coach and mentor project team members to enhance capabilities, knowledge sharing, and effective project delivery.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in engineering, or related fields. 

Professional Certification

A minimum of 6-8 year of experience in project management and business initiatives and projects in a recognized firm. 

Key Competencies:

• Working knowledge of projects life cycles and project management
• Ability to maintain an effective stakeholder management across the organization and 3rd parties
• Preferably an international work experience with exposure to retail industry
• Excellent Presentation skills
