Command and Control Specialist

Job Summary

We are seeking a Command and Control Specialist with strong technical expertise in CCTV surveillance systems, IP cameras, network infrastructure, and security monitoring technologies.

The role is responsible for managing, monitoring, maintaining, and troubleshooting CCTV and integrated security systems to ensure operational efficiency, system reliability, and facility security.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage, monitor, and maintain CCTV surveillance systems, including IP cameras, NVRs, DVRs, and Video Management Systems (VMS).
• Configure, troubleshoot, and maintain IP-based surveillance cameras and network connectivity.
• Monitor system performance and ensure continuous operation of security surveillance systems.
• Troubleshoot CCTV hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Support the installation, configuration, and integration of CCTV systems with access control and alarm systems.
• Manage video recording, storage, retrieval, and backup processes.
• Coordinate with IT and Security teams to resolve technical issues.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and regular system inspections.
• Support security incident investigations through video footage retrieval and analysis.
• Prepare technical reports, incident logs, and system performance updates.
• Ensure compliance with company security policies and applicable security requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Networks, Telecommunications, Electronics, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in CCTV systems, security surveillance technologies, or command and control centers.
• Strong technical knowledge of IP CCTV cameras, NVR/DVR systems, and Video Management Systems (VMS).
• Experience in network configuration, TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, switches, and network troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of access control systems and integrated security solutions.
• Hands-on experience in CCTV system installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Good communication skills in Arabic and English.
