We are looking for an experienced Refurbishment Specialist to join our Service Team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive repaired devices from the technical repair team.
• Verify the device details against the service request or job order.
• Clean, polish, and restore the external appearance of each device using equipment’s.
• Remove dust, fingerprints, labels, adhesive residue, and minor cosmetic marks.
• Use the correct polishing materials and tools without damaging screens, surfaces, buttons, or internal components.
• Inspect devices for scratches, cracks, missing parts, poor assembly, or other cosmetic defects.
• Report any technical or cosmetic issues before packing.
• Confirm that the device and its accessories match the job order.
• Apply protective materials and pack devices according to company standards.
• Attach the correct identification and quality-control labels , Verify the final device grading.
• Ensure each package is secure and ready for storage, display, delivery, or resale.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
• Follow safety, quality, productivity, and waste-control procedures.
• Ensure all device data wiped.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• High school or technical diploma.
• Previous experience in Mobile phones refurbishment, device assembly, packaging, detailing, or a similar role is preferred.
• Ability to perform repetitive manual work while maintaining accuracy and quality.
• Basic English skills are preferred.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
• Ability to identify cosmetic defects and quality issues.
• Knowledge of safe cleaning and polishing techniques.
• Proper use of cleaning materials, polishing tools, and protective equipment.
• Careful handling of fragile and high-value devices.
• Good organization and time-management skills.
• Basic recordkeeping and system-entry skills.
• Teamwork, discipline, and reliability.
• Ability to work under productivity targets without compromising quality.
