يهدف هذا المنصب إلى الإشراف على أداء جميع أنشطة الإنشاءات الميدانية وتوجيهها لمناطق الحرف المحددة، بما يتوافق مع المخططات والمواصفات والجداول الزمنية وتقديرات التكاليف. يتطلب ذلك معرفة عملية وخلفية عن العمل المحدد، والقدرة على تقدير وحل المواقف المعقدة بمساعدة، ورؤية الإجراءات كسلسلة من الخطوات. يشمل الدور في البداية توجيه العمال في حرف متعددة، ثم يكتسب كفاءة لتوجيه المشرفين المباشرين الآخرين حسب الحاجة لتحقيق أهداف المشروع أو تجاوزها.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تخطيط وتوجيه أنشطة العمل لجميع الحرف المعنية ضمن نطاق المسؤولية، بما يتوافق مع المخرجات الهندسية والأدوات ومعدات الإنشاءات والمواد المتاحة.
- الموافقة على تنسيق أفراد الحرف والمواد والمعدات اللازمة لتحقيق الجداول الزمنية أو تفويض ذلك.
- دعم إدارة المشروع والإنشاءات بشكل مباشر في تخطيط واستخدام الوسائل والطرق المناسبة لجميع أنشطة الإنشاءات.
- تحليل المواقف وتحديد المشكلات ذات الصلة والتنبؤ بها وتقييم الخيارات الواقعية، والتوصية بالإجراء المناسب وتنفيذه.
- الالتزام بسياسات الصحة والسلامة والبيئة والاستدامة لشركة Fluor ودعمها.
- الإشراف المباشر على مشرفي الحرف (Craft Superintendents) ورؤساء العمال (General Foremen) والمشرفين (Foremen) وغيرهم من مشرفي الإنشاءات حسب حجم المشروع.
- قيادة أنشطة الإنشاءات التي تشمل تخصصات حرفية متعددة ضمن مناطق المسؤولية المحددة.
- العمل كمنسق رئيسي لجميع الأنشطة ضمن النطاق المحدد في مناطق العمل النشطة.
- تنسيق وتنفيذ أنشطة الدعم الداخلي والخارجي اللازمة لتنفيذ الإنشاءات بشكل منتج.
- تنسيق دعم الموظفين الوظيفي وأنشطة دعم الحرف والموارد الأخرى لضمان تنفيذ المشروع بأمان وجودة.
- ضمان تنفيذ جميع الأعمال ضمن حدود النطاق المعتمدة والامتثال لمتطلبات المشروع والإجراءات والمعايير والمواصفات.
- تمثيل الشركة كقائد إنشاءات ميداني أول مسؤول عن الإشراف على عمال الإنشاءات والأنشطة الميدانية.
- أداء مهام أخرى حسب تكليف الإدارة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- شهادة حرفية (Craft certification) وتدريب وخبرة مناسبة لنطاق المهمة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن ثلاثة عشر (13) عامًا ذات صلة مباشرة.
- قد تتطلب بعض المواقع مؤهلات إضافية للامتثال للمتطلبات المحلية.
- يجب أن يكون المرشح مخولاً للعمل في البلد الذي تقع فيه الوظيفة.

- Plan and direct the work activities of all involved crafts for assigned construction crafts in alignment with available engineering deliverables, tools, construction equipment, and materials
- Approve or authorize the coordination of craft personnel, material, and equipment needed to meet schedules
- Directly support project and construction management with planning and utilization of proper means and methods for all construction activities
- Analyze situations, identify and forecast pertinent problems and evaluate realistic options; and recommend/implement appropriate course of action
- Adhere to and support Fluor's Health, Safety & Environmental and Sustainability Policies
- Other duties as assigned
- Craft certification, training, and experience appropriate to the scope of assignment.
- Minimum thirteen (13) years of directly related experience.
- Some locations may require additional qualifications to comply with local requirements.
- Ability to communicate effectively with management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Strong job related technical knowledge required to perform assigned responsibilities.
- Ability to learn and apply applicable local, provincial, and national regulations, statutes, and guidelines.

- Direct and supervise Craft Superintendents, General Foremen, Foremen, and other construction supervision personnel based on project size and complexity.
- Lead construction activities involving multiple craft disciplines within assigned areas of responsibility.
- Serve as the lead coordinator for all activities within the assigned scope in active construction work areas.
- Coordinate and implement internal and external support activities required for productive construction execution.
- Coordinate functional staff support, craft support activities, and other resources necessary to ensure safe and quality project execution.
- Ensure all work is performed within approved scope boundaries and complies with project requirements, procedures, standards, and specifications.
- Represent the company as the senior onsite construction leader responsible for overseeing construction craftsmen and field activities.
- Proven ability to promote outstanding customer service and maintain strong client relationships.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
- Basic computer skills including proficiency in word processing, email, spreadsheets, and presentation software.
- Functional knowledge of project controls, human resources, industrial relations, and contract management related to assigned responsibilities.
- Demonstrated strong decision making, critical thinking, and problem solving abilities.
- Thorough understanding of construction operations and related support functions.
- Ability to collaborate effectively and adapt to changing project conditions and priorities.
