نبحث عن مهندس Front Office RAN - Automated Operations Engineer متحمس لدعم أنشطة التشغيل عبر مجالات الاتصالات وتقنية المعلومات، والمساهمة في مراقبة الإنذارات، ومعالجة الحوادث، وإعداد التقارير، ودعم الأتمتة، والتنسيق التشغيلي. ستكتسب خبرة عملية في عمليات الخدمات المُدارة مع دعم أنشطة ضمان الخدمة ومبادرات الأتمتة والتميز التشغيلي في بيئة تقنية ديناميكية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- المسؤولية عن مراقبة الإنذارات ومعالجة الحوادث عبر بيئات الاتصالات وتقنية المعلومات.
- إجراء التحليل الأولي للأعطال والأحداث وتصعيد الحوادث وفقًا للإجراءات التشغيلية المحددة.
- المساعدة في تنفيذ التقارير التشغيلية وتحليل البيانات وتتبع الأداء.
- دعم مبادرات الأتمتة، بما في ذلك استخدام وصيانة البرامج النصية ولوحات المعلومات وأدوات سير العمل.
- التنسيق مع الفرق التشغيلية لضمان حل الحوادث وطلبات الخدمة في الوقت المناسب.
- المساهمة في أنشطة ضمان الخدمة وضمان الالتزام بالعمليات والإجراءات التشغيلية.
- المساعدة في تحديد فرص التحسين التشغيلي وتعزيز الأتمتة.
- دعم إعداد وصيانة الوثائق التشغيلية والتقارير ومقالات المعرفة.
- المشاركة في العمليات القائمة على المناوبات، وضمان استمرارية الخدمة والامتثال للأهداف التشغيلية.
- التعاون مع الفرق متعددة التخصصات واكتساب الخبرة في تقنيات شبكات الاتصالات وممارسات الخدمات المُدارة.
- المشاركة في أنشطة التدريب والتعلم المستمر المتعلقة بعمليات الاتصالات والأتمتة والتقنيات الناشئة.
- دعم تنفيذ التحسينات التشغيلية المعتمدة على الذكاء الاصطناعي وممارسات إدارة الخدمات الحديثة.
المهارات المطلوبة
- درجة البكالوريوس في الاتصالات أو تقنية المعلومات أو علوم الحاسب أو الهندسة أو مجال ذي صلة.
- فهم قوي لمفاهيم الاتصالات (RAN / MW) أو الشبكات أو أنظمة تقنية المعلومات أو الأتمتة.
- خبرة سابقة في إدارة شبكات الاتصالات (سنتان كحد أدنى) أو عمليات تقنية المعلومات.
- مهارات تحليلية قوية وحل المشكلات مع نهج منظم لاستكشاف الأعطال وإصلاحها.
- الاهتمام بعمليات الاتصالات وتقنيات الأتمتة والبرمجة النصية والحلول المعتمدة على الذكاء الاصطناعي.
- مهارات تواصل وتعاون جيدة مع القدرة على العمل في بيئات متعددة الثقافات.
- الرغبة في التعلم والتكيف مع التقنيات والأدوات والعمليات التشغيلية الجديدة.
- معرفة أساسية بلغات البرمجة النصية أو قواعد البيانات أو أدوات الأتمتة تُعتبر ميزة إضافية.
- فهم جيد لإدارة الحوادث أو أدوات المراقبة أو مفاهيم الخدمات المُدارة يُعتبر ميزة إضافية.

What you will do:
- Responsible for alarm monitoring and incident handling activities across telecom and IT environments
- Perform initial troubleshooting, event analysis, and incident escalation according to defined operational procedures

- Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Strong understanding of telecommunications RAN / MW, networking, IT systems, or automation concepts
- Previous experience in Managing Telecom Networks (minimum 2 years' experience) or IT Operations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured approach to troubleshooting
- Interest in telecom operations, automation technologies, scripting, and AI-driven solutions
- Good communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work in multicultural environments
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies, tools, and operational processes
- Basic knowledge of scripting languages, databases, or automation tools is considered an advantage
- Good understanding of incident management, monitoring tools, or managed services concepts is a plus
- Ability to work in a shift-based operational environment and manage multiple priorities
