نبذة عن الوظيفة
مهندس ميداني أول مسؤول عن التركيب والتشغيل والصيانة واستكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاحها لمجموعة كاملة من منتجات الأجهزة والبرمجيات في محفظة أعمال خدمات أنظمة التحكم الموزعة (DCS). يتضمن ذلك إعداد التقارير الخارجية للعميل أو مالك المصنع أو شركة البناء، ومراجعة مستندات الهندسة ورسومات P&ID، واستكشاف أخطاء أنظمة ومعدات المصنع، وتخطيط وتوجيه الموارد مثل العمالة والأدوات والمواد لإكمال نطاق العمل وفقًا للمتطلبات التعاقدية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إدارة أنشطة التحكم والأجهزة في الموقع أثناء التركيب والتشغيل والصيانة لمشاريع الترقية أو التركيبات الجديدة، بما في ذلك الإشراف على التركيب والصيانة واستكشاف الأخطاء والتشخيص لأنظمة DCS مثل Mark Vie وCimplicity وHMI ومفاتيح الشبكة.

- إعداد وظائف الخدمات الميدانية والتنسيق مع مديري المشاريع/الخدمات.
- تقديم تدريب غير رسمي ورسمي لموظفي العملاء حسب الحاجة.
- الإشراف على مد الكابلات وفحص مقاومة العزل (Megger) والتوصيلات.
- الحفاظ على دقة سجلات الوقت والحصول على توقيع العميل قبل مغادرة موقع العمل.
- إعداد تقرير الخدمة الميدانية خلال أسبوع من إنجاز المهمة.
- فهم الالتزامات التعاقدية (T&C) وتقديم تقارير داخلية وخارجية دقيقة وفي الوقت المناسب.
- ضمان الوفاء بالالتزامات التعاقدية وحضور الاجتماعات الفنية مع العملاء.
- ضمان تنفيذ جميع الأنشطة الميدانية بأمان وفقًا لإرشادات وإجراءات الصحة والسلامة والبيئة (EHS) للشركة.
- تقديم استشارات الخبراء في المشاريع المعقدة.
- إدخال ساعات العمل والمصروفات وسجلات الوقت في الأنظمة الداخلية بدقة وفي الوقت المناسب.
- التخطيط المسبق للتوقف والتركيب، مع إمكانية التوصية بالسياسات والإجراءات وإدارتها.
- التوفر للسفر المتكرر (أكثر من 75%) والعمل في البحر وفي البلدان المقيدة.
- الاستعداد للعمل في أيام العطل وعطلات نهاية الأسبوع وساعات إضافية حسب متطلبات المهام الميدانية.
- دفع رضا العملاء من خلال الالتزام بالجودة ودعم مبادرات نمو الأعمال.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس أو دبلوم في الهندسة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 7 سنوات في أنظمة التحكم الموزعة (DCS) مثل Mark Vie وما شابهها.
- خبرة عمل في الأنشطة الميدانية في صناعة النفط والغاز ومحطات الطاقة.
- معرفة قوية بفلسفة التحكم في المعدات الدوارة (توربينات الغاز، توربينات البخار، الضواغط الطاردة المركزية أو الترددية) وملحقاتها.
- معرفة قوية بلوحة التحكم الوحدوية (UCP)، ومركز التحكم في المحركات (MCC)، ولوحة التيار المستمر (DCP)، ونظام التحكم (DCS)، وتركيب وتشغيل نظام مكافحة الحريق.
- معرفة قوية بالأجهزة الميدانية وأدوات القياس والمشغلات (صمامات سيرفو، عناصر حرارية، أجهزة إرسال، إلخ).
- القدرة على التعامل مع الأدوات الخاصة مثل مضخة الضغط، ومقياس متعدد، ومولد تردد، وراسم الذبذبات، ومولد ميداني.
- القدرة على فهم وتنفيذ الرسومات الفنية (مخطط الأسلاك، P&ID، الترتيب العام، إلخ).
- رخصة قيادة سارية وجواز سفر ساري (أو القدرة على الحصول على جواز سفر).
- إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية بطلاقة.

Key Responsibilities
- Actively manage controls and instrumentation activities on-site during Installation,
- Commissioning and Maintenance of upgrade project or new installation, including but not limited to oversight of installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and diagnostics for DCS controls systems such as Mark Vie, Cimplicity, HMI and NW switches.
- Provide customers with technical direction and support on Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) packaged products.
- Understand PLC ladder logic, including basic understanding of how to navigate through ladder rungs while troubleshooting
- Trace through software documentation.
- Implement DCS control constant modifications.
- Reading and Modifying software sequencing
- Set up and modify the hardware /software associated with DCS of BOP , Gas and Steam Turbine systems.
- Troubleshoot existing DCS Control hardware and software installations on-site.
- Prepare field services jobs and coordinate with the project /Service managers
- Provide informal and formal training to customer employees as needed
- Supervise cable laying, finding Insulation Resistance (Megger) and connection
- Maintain accurate timesheets and acquire customer's signature on timesheets before leaving the job site
- Preparing Field Service Report-within a week of Job Completion
- Understand T&C (Terms and Conditions) commitments
- Provide timely and accurate internal and external reports.
- Ensure contractual obligations are met and attend technical meetings with Customers.
- Ensure all in-field activities are carried out safely complying with company
- environmental, health, and safety (EHS) guidelines and procedures.
- Provide expert consultation on complex projects.
- Timely and accurately input hours, expenses, timesheets in internal systems
- Pre-outage and installation planning; possibly recommending and administering policies and procedures.
- Availability to frequently travel (. i.e. More than 75%), work offshore and in restricted countries
- Ability and willingness to work holidays, weekends and overtime as required by field assignments.

- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Engineering
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in DCS Controls systems such as Mark Vie/s etc.
- Working experience in Oil & Gas and Power Plant industry field activities.
- Strong knowledge in rotating equipment control philosophy (Gas Turbine, Steam Turbine, Centrifugal Compressor, or Reciprocate Compressor) and their auxiliaries
- Strong knowledge in unit control panel (UCP), motor control center (MCC), direct current panel (DCP), control system (DCS) and firefighting system installation and commissioning
- Strong knowledge in field devices, instruments and actuators (servo-valves, thermos elements, transmitters etc…)
- Ability to handle special tools like pressure pump, multi-meter, frequency generator, oscilloscope and field generator
- Ability to understand and implement technical drawings (wiring diagram, P&ID, General Arrangement, etc…).
- Valid driver's license and passport (or able to obtain a passport).
- Fluent English.
- Has the knowledge and skill to actively support an outage and be aware of where to seek answers to questions as they arise.
- Know how of EX2100e will be considered as added advantage
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, to convey technical concepts to business and technical personnel
- Ability to work under pressure; Take ownership of onsite activities
- Willing to travel, in country and worldwide, and to work overtime
- Has experienced successful installations and outages.
- Familiar with Instruments and controls and PLCs for controls training
- Familiarity with computer network systems & switches
