About the Role

We are looking for a Projects Supervisor to oversee project governance, reporting and controls across our project portfolio. You will bring structure and visibility to how projects are planned, prioritized, tracked and delivered across a multi-branch consumer business.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and apply project governance, standards and controls across the portfolio.
• Prepare and maintain portfolio reporting for management, with a clear view of progress, risks and milestones.
• Classify and prioritize projects according to business impact and capacity.
• Build and maintain dashboards (Power BI / Excel) to give leadership real-time visibility.
• Develop and maintain project methodologies, templates and tools, and ensure teams use them consistently.
• Monitor risks, issues and milestones, escalate early, and follow up on corrective actions.
• Analyze project data to support planning and decision-making.
• Coordinate with business and technology teams to keep projects aligned with company priorities.

Requirements

• Experience in one or more of: Retail, FMCG, Consumer Goods, Luxury / Beauty / Fragrance, E-commerce, Logistics / Supply Chain, Multi-Branch Consumer Businesses, Digital Transformation / Technology.
• Experience in project portfolio management and reporting, project governance and controls, project planning, and data analysis.
• Proficiency in Power BI and Excel for dashboards and reporting.
• Working knowledge of project management methodologies, with the ability to create practical templates and processes.

• [PMP or equivalent certification is a plus]
• Strong communication skills in Arabic and English.
