Role Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented CAFM Specialist - Fresh Graduate to support our facilities and asset management operations. The successful candidate will assist in operating CAFM systems, maintaining asset data, monitoring maintenance workflows, and preparing performance reports. This role offers an opportunity to develop practical skills in CAFM systems, including ERB and MRI, as well as SAP, within a professional facilities management environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and setup of CAFM systems across projects.
• Assist in operating ERB and MRI CAFM systems for daily facilities management activities.
• Maintain and update asset registers, equipment data, and maintenance schedules.
• Support preventive and corrective maintenance planning and workflows.
• Monitor work orders and service requests to ensure timely updates and proper documentation.
• Assist in preparing KPIs, maintenance performance reports, and asset data analysis.
• Support data coordination between CAFM systems and SAP.
• Assist in asset lifecycle management and compliance documentation.
• Identify opportunities to improve system accuracy and operational efficiency.
• Coordinate with maintenance, operations, and project teams to support effective CAFM system utilization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Basic knowledge of CAFM systems; familiarity with ERB or MRI is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of maintenance planning and asset management principles.
• Knowledge of SAP, preferably SAP PM, is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic reporting.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn, develop technical skills, and work collaboratively with different teams.
