شركة GE Vernova تعلن عن وظيفة Lead Site Manager لمشروع EHV Substation في مكة جدة، السعودية.

نبذة عن الوظيفة

المسؤول عن الأنشطة المتعلقة بالبناء والتطوير والتشغيل في موقع العميل، بدءًا من تجهيز الموقع وحتى الأعمال المدنية والتركيب والتشغيل، بالإضافة إلى الأنشطة الإدارية ذات الصلة. مسؤول عن جودة عمله. يخضع للإشراف المباشر للعمليات وتعليمات العمل المحددة والتحقق النظامي. ينفذ مهامه ضمن إطار تشغيلي محدد بوضوح، وعادةً ما يتبع تسلسلًا تفصيليًا لمهام التشغيل القياسية لتحقيق النتيجة النهائية المتوقعة.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • الإدارة الشاملة لموقع تنفيذ مشروع المحطة الفرعية ضمن الإطار الزمني للمشروع.
  • ممثل GE لدى العميل والمسؤول عن الحفاظ على مستوى عالٍ من علاقة العملاء ورضاهم.
  • إنشاء عملية إدارة موقع GEV، وخطة سياسة الصحة والسلامة والبيئة في الموقع، والأمن، والنظافة، والحماية من الحرائق، وسياسة ضمان الجودة في موقع البناء.
  • تنفيذ برنامج السلامة العام للمشروع وضمان الامتثال للقوانين واللوائح الوطنية والإقليمية والمحلية للسلامة والصحة.
  • إنشاء البنية التحتية للموقع، وقواعد وأنظمة الموقع، وتنظيم الموقع، وخطة موارد الموقع، وتفصيل تكاليف المصروفات الشهرية للموقع.
  • ضمان تنفيذ السياسات والإجراءات المؤسسية بالكامل، وإذا لزم الأمر، وضع إجراءات وأهداف للمشروع لمعالجة ظروف الموقع أو المشروع المحددة.
  • تخطيط وجدولة جميع أنشطة التنفيذ في الموقع.
  • مراجعة أداء تكاليف وجدول المشروع من خلال تحليل تقارير وبيانات المشروع. التنسيق مع مخطط المشروع ومراقب التكاليف.
  • مراقبة وتحليل أداء السلامة والتكلفة والجدول الزمني والجودة للمشروع وضمان اتخاذ الإجراءات التصحيحية المناسبة.
  • التحكم في نفقات المشروع للمعدات والمواد والخدمات وضمان أن العمليات الميدانية ضمن الميزانية.
  • فرض الرقابة على جميع الأنشطة مع جميع المقاولين من الباطن (مدني / MEP / كهرباء / اختبار وتشغيل) وتخطيط الأنشطة بشكل يومي.
  • التنسيق مع العميل للأنشطة اليومية وإعداد تقارير التقدم بشكل يومي وأسبوعي وشهري للعميل.
  • التنسيق مع جميع وكالات المقاولين من الباطن للتنفيذ وتخطيط التقدم.
  • مراجعة رسومات التركيب والتنفيذ وفقًا للرسومات.
  • التنبؤ المسبق بالمهام الحرجة / متطلبات المواد لتجنب التأخير.
  • تنفيذ جميع بيانات طرق التركيب وتقييمات المخاطر.
  • استلام جميع المعدات / المواد وترتيب الفحص مع العميل.
  • الإبلاغ عن تقارير عدم المطابقة المتعلقة بأعطال المعدات / المكونات.
  • مراقبة والتحكم في سلامة وأمن مواد الموقع.
  • تطوير رسومات التعديل بالعلامات الحمراء حسب متطلبات الموقع للرسومات حسب التنفيذ (As Built Drawings).
  • الإبلاغ عن عائد الخبرة (ROE) للمشروع المكتمل لكل نشاط.
  • التحكم والإشراف على مسؤوليات مهندس السلامة (SE) في حالة غيابه أو عدم تعيينه.
  • دعم فريق ITO من خلال إجراء زيارات ميدانية للأعمال الكهربائية والأعمال المرتبطة بها وتقديم تقرير فني مفصل عن نظام المعدات الأساسية لمشروع المحطة الفرعية.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة في الهندسة الكهربائية ومسجل في الهيئة السعودية للمهندسين.
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 8 سنوات كموقع بناء لمشروع محطة فرعية EHV بجهد 380 كيلوفولت.
  • الحصول على موافقة من الشركة السعودية للطاقة كمدير موقع من المشاريع السابقة.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • تنفيذ عملية إدارة موقع GEV، وخطة سياسة الصحة والسلامة والبيئة في الموقع، والأمن، والنظافة، والحماية من الحرائق، وسياسة ضمان الجودة في موقع البناء.
  • معرفة تقنية قوية بأعمال تركيب معدات النظام الكهربائي EHV / HV / MV / LV.
  • فهم المعايير الكهربائية IEC واللوائح المحلية.
  • التنسيق الشامل لتنفيذ الموقع مع جميع الوظائف الداخلية ووكالات المقاولين من الباطن الخارجية لأعمال التنفيذ اليومية وأعمال التركيبات الكهربائية.
  • تواصل شفاف مع العميل / الاستشاريين للأنشطة اليومية وتحديث التقدم.
  • الإلمام بعملية التسلسل المنهجي لتركيب المعدات الرئيسية للمحطات الفرعية ومعرفة أعمال الاختبار والتشغيل.
  • الوعي بالسلامة وعملية العمل في المحطات الفرعية الحية (LIVE Sub-Stations).
  • الإلمام بعملية توثيق تقدّم المشروع وإعداد التقارير.
  • تخزين مواد الموقع ومعالجة سلامة وأمن المعدات والمواد الخاصة بالمشروع.

Job Description Summary

Responsable des activités liées à la construction, à l'élaboration et à la mise en service sur le site du client, de la mobilisation du site aux travaux de génie civil, de montage et de mise en service, en passant par les activités de gestion liées à ce domaine. Responsable de la qualité de son travail. Assujetti à la supervision directe des opérations, aux instructions de travail prescrites et à une vérification système. Exécute ses tâches dans un cadre opérationnel bien défini. Il y dispose généralement d'une séquence détaillée des tâches opérationnelles standard à suivre pour obtenir le résultat final escompté.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Overall Site Lead Manager for Execution of the Sub-Station Project within the project time frame.

  • GE Site Representative for the Customer and responsible for maintaining high level of customer relationship and customer satisfaction.

  • Establish the GEV Site Management Process, Site Environment Health & Safety Policy Plan, Security, Housekeeping, Fire Protection and Quality Assurance Policy on the Construction Site

  • Implement the Overall Project Safety Program and ensure adherence to National, Regional & Local Regulatory Safety & Health Codes.

  • Establish the Site Infrastructure, Site Rules & Regulation, Site Organization, Site Resources plan and Site Monthly Expense Costing detailing.

  • Ensure corporate policies and procedures are fully implemented and if necessary, establish project procedures and objectives to address site or project specific conditions.

  • Planning & scheduling of all site execution activities.

  • Review project cost and schedule performance through analysis of project reports and data. Coordinate with the project planning & cost controller.

  • Monitor and analyze project safety, cost, schedule, and quality performance and ensure appropriate corrective actions are taken.

  • Control project expenditures for equipment, material and services and ensure field operations are within budget.

  • Establish control of all activities with all sub-contractor (Civil / MEP / Electrical / Testing & Commissioning) and plan the activities for day-to-day basis.

  • Co-ordination with customer for day-to-day activities and progress reporting on daily, weekly, and monthly basis to Customer.

  • Co-ordination with all different sub-contractor agencies for the execution and progress planning.

  • Review of installation drawings and execution as per the drawings.

  • Forecasting in advance of critical tasks / material requirements to avoid delays.

  • Implementation of all Installation method statements and risk assessments.

  • Receiving of all Equipment’s / Materials and arranging inspection with client.

  • Reporting of Non-Conformance Reporting related to failures of Equipment’s / Components

  • Monitoring & Control of for safety & security of site materials.

  • Developing of red markup drawings modification as per site requirement for As Built Drawings.

  • Reporting of ROE for the completed project for each activity.

  • Control & Over-See SE responsibilities in case of absence or non-assignment of SE.

  • Supports ITO Team with conducting site visits for Electrical & associated Works and provide detail technical report of Primary Equipment’s system of the sub-station project.

Required Qualifications

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering & Registered in Saudi Council of Engineering.

  • Minimum 8 years' experience as Site Construction of 380 KV EHV Sub-Station Project

  • Must have had approval from Saudi Energy Company as Site Manager from past Projects

Desired Characteristics

  • Implement GEV Site Management Process, Site Environment Health & Safety Policy Plan, Security, Housekeeping, Fire Protection and Quality Assurance Policy on the Construction Site

  • Strong Technical Knowledge of Electrical System- EHV / HV / MV / LV Equipment’s Erection Works.

  • Understanding of Electrical Standards - IEC & Local Regulations

  • Overall Site Execution Coordination with all Internal Functions & External Sub-Contractor agencies for day-to-day Site Execution Works Electrical Installation Works.

  • Transparent communication with Customer / Consultants for day-to-day Site Activities and Progress Update.

  • Must be acquainted with systematic Major Sub-station Equipment’s Erection Sequential Process & Knowledge of Testing & Commissioning Works.

  • Safety Awareness and Process of Working in LIVE Sub-Stations.

  • Acquainted with Project Progress Documentation & Reporting Process.

  • Site Materials Storage, Safety & Security handling of Project Equipment’s and Materials
