نبذة عن الوظيفة
العميل شركة تصنيع صناعية سعودية ضمن مجموعة أوسع. تبحث عن مدير المبيعات والعمليات لقيادة الأعمال ودفع المرحلة التالية من النمو. سيقود المرشح الأعمال من البداية إلى النهاية مع المسؤولية الكاملة عن قائمة الأرباح والخسائر (P&L). سيركز على اكتساب عملاء جدد وزيادة الإيرادات مع عمليات منضبطة خلف كل التزام.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- المسؤولية الكاملة عن قائمة الأرباح والخسائر (P&L) وبناء نمو مربح من خلال توليد الطلب وتطوير العملاء والتسعير المنضبط.
- فتح الأبواب شخصياً وكسب عملاء جدد في المملكة العربية السعودية.
- ربط التزامات المبيعات بالإنتاج والمشتريات والمخزون لضمان تسليم الطلبات في الوقت المحدد.
- تحسين الهوامش من خلال شراء أفضل وتقليل الهدر وتكلفة المنتج السليمة.
- تشكيل هيكل المنظمة ومهاراتها وعملياتها مع نمو الأعمال.
- تحويل خطط الأعمال إلى مؤشرات أداء رئيسية (KPIs) واضحة وبناء فريق مسؤول وتعاوني.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة في الملكية الكاملة لقائمة الأرباح والخسائر (P&L) في مجال التصنيع الصناعي أو قطاع ذي صلة مثل المضخات والأنابيب والمكونات الصناعية والتصنيع أو المقاولات.
- أمثلة واضحة عن عملاء تم كسبهم شخصياً وإيرادات تم تنميتها وهوامش تم تحسينها.
- خبرة عملية في ربط توقعات المبيعات بتخطيط الإنتاج والمشتريات.
- خبرة في قيادة شركة صغيرة أو متوسطة الحجم.
- خلفية هندسية مع فهم عملي للإنتاج والجودة والتكلفة.
- خبرة قوية في السوق السعودي وعلاقات مع العملاء الصناعيين المحليين.
- إتقان اللغتين العربية والإنجليزية.
- حضور واثق والقدرة على اتخاذ قرارات صعبة مع معاملة الناس بعدل.

What You’ll Do
- Own the P&L and build profitable growth through demand generation, customer development and disciplined pricing.
- Personally open doors and win new customers in Saudi Arabia.
- Connect sales commitments with production, procurement and inventory so orders are delivered on time.
- Improve margins through better purchasing, less waste and sound product costing.
- Shape the organisation’s structure, skills and processes as the business grows.
- Turn business plans into clear KPIs and build an accountable, collaborative team.
- Full P&L ownership in industrial manufacturing or a related sector, such as pumps, pipes, industrial components, fabrication or contracting.
- Clear examples of customers you won personally, revenue you grew and margins you improved.
- Hands-on experience linking sales forecasts with production and procurement planning.
- Experience leading a small or mid-sized business.
- An engineering background with a practical grasp of production, quality and costing.
- Solid Saudi market experience and relationships with local industrial customers.
- Fluent Arabic and English.
- A confident presence and the judgement to make difficult decisions while treating people fairly.
