A facility management and manpower services company based in Jeddah is hiring for this position. Maintain accurate fixed asset records across company offices and operational sites.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain the fixed asset register, including additions, transfers, and disposals.
• Coordinate asset tagging and physical verification across sites.
• Support depreciation calculations and reconcile asset records with Finance.
• Track asset movements and investigate discrepancies with Operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• SOCPA certification is required.
• 2-4 years of relevant experience in a facility management or manpower services company.
• Strong Excel and ERP skills, analytical ability, and attention to detail.
