وظيفة أخصائي قسم العمليات شاغرة لدى RabbitHole Cakes & Celebrations في منطقة الرياض

We’re looking for an Operations Specialist who knows how to turn plans into execution - on the ground, on time, and with full ownership.

This is a hands-on field role for someone who moves fast, stays organized, handles multiple priorities, and doesn’t stop at “I’ve followed up.”

What you’ll own:

• Field setups and decommissions
• Location logistics and on-site coordination
• Vendor, driver, and branch coordination
• Printables and operational materials
• Stock and operational trackers
• Location updates and documentation
• Following up on open items until full closure
• Supporting Growth initiatives and spotting opportunities on the ground

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Highly organized with strong follow-through
• Proactive and able to solve problems independently
• Strong in ownership and stakeholder management
• Calm, accurate, and reliable under pressure
• Punctual and comfortable working in the field
• Able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• A clear and confident communicator
• Commercially minded and able to represent the brand professionally

The right person doesn’t just report a problem - they chase it, solve it, and close it.

If you’re an execution-focused operator who enjoys being where things actually happen, we want to hear from you.
