تعلن مجموعة إنتركونتيننتال للفنادق عن توفر وظيفة مشرف تدبير منزلي (Housekeeping Supervisor) في أول فندق من مجموعة Vignette Collection بالمملكة العربية السعودية (فندق كارلتون المويبد). نبحث عن شخص متحمس وذو اهتمام بالتفاصيل للإشراف على عمليات التدبير المنزلي وضمان أعلى معايير النظافة ورضا الضيوف.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- الإشراف على تنظيف وخدمة غرف الضيوف والمناطق العامة لضمان أعلى معايير النظافة والعرض.
- إجراء تفتيش دوري للغرف والمناطق العامة للتأكد من نظافتها وصيانتها.
- التأكد من تلبية طلبات الضيوف وترتيبات كبار الزوار والمتطلبات الخاصة بشكل فوري.
- الرد على استفسارات الضيوف والتنسيق مع الأقسام المعنية لحل المشكلات.
- الإشراف على الأنشطة اليومية للتدبير المنزلي وتوزيع المهام حسب الإشغال والاحتياجات التشغيلية.
- مراقبة أداء الفريق والتأكد من إتمام المهام بكفاءة وفي الوقت المحدد.
- تدريب وتوجيه الزملاء لتحسين الأداء والحفاظ على مستويات الخدمة.
- التأكد من اتباع سياسات الفندق وإجراءات السلامة ومعايير المظهر.
- دعم الفريق في فترات الذروة والمساعدة في أنشطة التنظيف العميق عند الحاجة.
- مراقبة استخدام مستلزمات التدبير المنزلي والبياضات والمعدات للتحكم في التكاليف وتقليل الهدر.
- الحفاظ على مستويات المخزون المناسبة والإبلاغ عن النقص أو التناقضات.
- التأكد من استخدام معدات التدبير المنزلي بشكل صحيح وصيانتها.
- دعم مبادرات مراقبة التكاليف وإدارة الموارد بكفاءة.
- اتباع إجراءات الصحة والسلامة والنظافة والبيئة الخاصة بالفندق.
- التأكد من التعامل الآمن مع مواد التنظيف وتخزينها واستخدامها.
- دعم المبادرات البيئية من خلال تقليل النفايات والحفاظ على المياه والطاقة.
- تسجيل العناصر المفقودة والتعامل معها وفق إجراءات الفندق.
- الإبلاغ عن مشكلات الصيانة والمخاطر المتعلقة بالسلامة فوراً.
- أداء المهام الأخرى المكلف بها ودعم مدير المناوبة عند الحاجة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- شهادة الثانوية العامة أو ما يعادلها.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 2-4 سنوات في التدبير المنزلي، ويفضل في فندق مع خبرة إشرافية.
- معرفة جيدة بعمليات التدبير المنزلي وإجراءات التنظيف وإدارة البياضات.
- إجادة جيدة للغة الإنجليزية؛ اللغات الإضافية تعتبر ميزة.
المهارات المطلوبة
- مهارات قيادية قوية.
- مهارات تواصل وتنظيم ممتازة.
- القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط وإدارة الأولويات التشغيلية اليومية.

We are seeking a motivated and detail oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at the First Vignette Collection Hotel in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (Carlton Al Moaibed Hotel). This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a passion for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will oversee daily housekeeping operations, ensure guest rooms and public areas meet hotel standards, and support the team in delivering memorable guest experiences.
A Little Taste of Your Day-to-Day
Guest Experience
- Supervise the cleaning and servicing of guest rooms and public areas to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.
- Conduct regular room and public area inspections to ensure everything is clean, well-maintained, and in good condition.
- Ensure guest requests, VIP arrangements, and special requirements are handled promptly.
- Respond professionally to guest concerns and coordinate with relevant departments to resolve issues.
- Ensure housekeeping services consistently meet hotel standards and guest expectations.
People
- Supervise daily housekeeping activities and assign tasks according to hotel occupancy and operational needs.
- Monitor team performance and ensure all duties are completed efficiently and on time.
- Coach and train colleagues to improve performance and maintain service standards.
- Ensure team members follow hotel policies, safety procedures, and grooming standards.
- Support the team during busy periods and assist with deep-cleaning activities when required.
Financial
- Monitor the use of housekeeping supplies, amenities, linen, and equipment to control costs and minimize waste.
- Maintain appropriate inventory levels and report shortages or discrepancies.
- Ensure housekeeping equipment is used correctly and maintained in good working condition.
- Support departmental cost-control initiatives and efficient resource management.
Responsible Business
- Follow hotel health, safety, hygiene, and environmental procedures.
- Ensure cleaning chemicals are handled, stored, and used safely.
- Support environmental initiatives by reducing waste and conserving water and energy.
- Ensure lost-and-found items are recorded and handled according to hotel procedures.
- Report maintenance issues and safety hazards promptly.
- Perform other duties as assigned and support the Manager on Duty when required.
What We Need from You
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of housekeeping experience, preferably in a hotel with supervisory experience.
- Good knowledge of housekeeping operations, cleaning procedures, and linen management.
- Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage daily operational priorities.
