يسر فندق SLS The Red Sea (جزء من مجموعة إنيسمور العالمية) في تبوك أملج السعودية، الإعلان عن فرصة تدريب في قسم الغرف (Rooms Internship) للطلاب الطموحين في مجال الضيافة. تأتي هذه الفرصة في منتجع فاخر يضم 150 غرفة وصالة، و5 مطاعم ومنتجعات صحية، بهدف اكتساب خبرة عملية في بيئة مبتكرة وفاخرة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- استقبال الضيوف بحرارة وثقة وبلمسة شخصية تعكس أسلوب SLS المميز، لخلق انطباعات أولى وأخيرة لا تُنسى.
- اكتساب خبرة عملية في مكتب الاستقبال (Front Office) وعلاقات الضيوف (Guest Relations) وغيرها من عمليات قسم الغرف حسب متطلبات الأقسام.
- دعم العمليات اليومية بما في ذلك تسجيل الوصول والمغادرة والاستفسارات والطلبات الخاصة.
- التعرف على معايير علامة SLS التجارية وتطبيقها مع إضافة لمسة شخصية وإبداعية في كل تفاعل.
- تطوير فهم تفضيلات الضيوف ومرافق المنتجع والخدمات الشخصية الفاخرة.
- مساعدة الفريق في تقديم تجارب سلسة وخلق لحظات استثنائية للضيوف.
- التعاون مع الزملاء عبر الأقسام لضمان سلاسة العمليات وجودة الخدمة.
- الحفاظ على معايير عالية من المظهر المهني والانتباه للتفاصيل.

الشروط والمتطلبات
- الدراسة حالياً في دبلوم أو درجة بكالوريوس في إدارة الضيافة أو إدارة الفنادق أو السياحة أو مجال ذي صلة.
- شغف حقيقي بالضيافة وعلاقات الضيوف وخلق تجارب استثنائية.
- موقف إيجابي، فضول طبيعي، ورغبة في التعلم.
- مهارات تواصل قوية باللغة الإنجليزية، وإتقان اللغة العربية يُعتبر ميزة إضافية.

What You'll Be Doing
- Welcome guests with warmth, confidence and the signature SLS personality, creating memorable first and last impressions.
- Gain hands-on experience across Front Office, Guest Relations and other Rooms operations, depending on departmental requirements.
- Support daily operations, including guest check-ins, check-outs, enquiries and special requests.
- Learn and embrace SLS brand standards while bringing your own personality and creativity to every interaction.
- Develop an understanding of guest preferences, resort facilities and personalised luxury service.
- Assist the team in delivering seamless guest experiences and creating extraordinary moments.
- Collaborate with colleagues across departments to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service.
- Maintain high standards of grooming, professionalism and attention to detail.
- Actively participate in training, development and learning opportunities throughout your internship.
- Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Tourism or a related field.
- A genuine passion for hospitality, guest relations & creating exceptional guest experiences.
- A positive attitude, natural curiosity & willingness to learn.
- Strong communication skills in English. Proficiency in Arabic would be an asset.
- A personality that reflects the bold, playful and extraordinary spirit of SLS.
- A team player who thrives in a dynamic, multicultural environment.
- Good organisational skills, attention to detail & a commitment to excellent service.
- Flexibility to work across different shifts in line with hotel operations.
- Previous hospitality experience is an advantage but not essential.
