With access to an international scientific and pharmaceutical development network, QudEra is building a platform connecting global therapeutic innovation with institutional capital and Saudi Arabia’s growing life sciences ecosystem.

The Opportunity

We are seeking a Saudi-based Co-Founder & Managing Partner to lead institutional development, investor relations, capital formation, and strategic partnerships across Saudi Arabia and the GCC.

This is a founding ownership opportunity for an accomplished investment professional, healthcare executive, or entrepreneur seeking to build a global pharmaceutical enterprise.

The selected partner will work directly with QudEra’s founding leadership to establish the company’s Saudi presence and develop relationships that support both corporate financing and individual pharmaceutical asset transactions.

Key Responsibilities

Investor Relations & Capital Development

* Build and manage relationships with Saudi and GCC family offices, venture capital firms, strategic investors, and institutional capital providers.

* Lead QudEra’s regional investor engagement strategy and support founding capital formation.

* Develop relationships with potential co-investors for pharmaceutical asset acquisitions and development NewCos.

* Support investment presentations, transaction structuring, and investor communications.

Institutional & Strategic Partnerships

* Establish relationships with Saudi healthcare, biotechnology, industrial development, and innovation institutions.

* Develop strategic partnerships with pharmaceutical companies, research organizations, and healthcare investment groups.

* Identify opportunities for clinical research, technology transfer, regional licensing, and commercialization.

* Represent QudEra in strategic discussions across Saudi Arabia and the GCC.

Corporate Leadership

* Help establish QudEra’s Saudi corporate operations and institutional presence.

* Contribute to governance, corporate strategy, capital allocation, and regional expansion.

* Collaborate with international scientific, clinical development, and pharmaceutical transaction specialists.

* Build a credible regional network of advisers, investors, and commercial partners.

Ideal Candidate

We are particularly interested in candidates with:

* Senior experience in venture capital, private equity, family offices, institutional investment, healthcare, or pharmaceutical business development.

* A strong understanding of Saudi Arabia’s capital markets, investment ecosystem, and healthcare development priorities.

* Demonstrated success in investment transactions, fundraising, strategic partnerships, or corporate development.

* Established professional relationships across Saudi and GCC investment and commercial institutions.

* Entrepreneurial judgment, institutional credibility, and the ability to execute complex international initiatives.

* Professional proficiency in Arabic and English.

A pharmaceutical or scientific background is advantageous but not essential. QudEra’s international development network provides complementary scientific and technical capabilities.

Founding Partnership & Compensation

This is an equity-participating co-founder opportunity, with ownership, governance responsibilities, and compensation negotiated based on experience, commitment, and contributions.

QudEra is in its formation and initial capital-development stage. Any salaried arrangement will be subject to agreed financing and operating requirements.

We are seeking a long-term business partner who will take an active role in building the company, rather than an adviser providing introductions.
