Job Overview

We are looking to hire three skilled Furniture Carpenters & Machine Operators to join our production team.

Successful candidates will be involved in the complete furniture manufacturing process, including wood panel preparation, machine operation, carpentry, furniture assembly, finishing preparation, and installation support.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate woodworking machinery safely and efficiently, including panel saws, edge banding machines, drilling machines, and other workshop equipment.
• Measure, cut, drill, and prepare wood panels and furniture components according to technical drawings and production specifications.
• Assemble custom wardrobes, closets, cabinets, TV units, and other furniture.
• Install hinges, drawer runners, handles, sliding systems, and furniture accessories.
• Read and interpret furniture shop drawings, dimensions, and cutting lists.
• Ensure proper alignment, finishing quality, and accurate assembly.
• Inspect completed components and identify manufacturing or assembly defects.
• Assist with on-site furniture installation when required.
• Maintain machinery, tools, and a clean, organized working environment.
• Coordinate with the production team to complete orders according to quality standards and project deadlines.

Requirements

• Previous hands-on experience in furniture manufacturing, carpentry, or woodworking machinery operation.
• Practical knowledge of modular furniture and custom wardrobe manufacturing.
• Ability to use woodworking tools and machinery safely.
• Experience assembling cabinets, wardrobes, and furniture accessories.
• Ability to understand measurements, dimensions, and production drawings.
• Good attention to detail, reliability, and teamwork.
• Ability to work independently and perform multiple workshop tasks.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with MDF, melamine, plywood, and laminated boards.
• Familiarity with modern wardrobe fittings and sliding door systems.
• Experience in custom-made furniture workshops or factories.
• Previous experience operating automated woodworking machinery.
