المهام والمسؤوليات
- العمل عن كثب مع فرق التصنيع متعددة الوظائف لحل مشاكل المنتج المعلقة وقضايا مواصفات الاختبار.
- حل مشاكل المنتج المعقدة على مستوى المكونات أو الأنظمة باستخدام تقنيات حل المشكلات القياسية المتعلقة بتجميعات E-Motor وInverter.
- قيادة إدارة تغيير المنتج لمعالجة مشاكل التوافق المعروفة للإنتاج عالي الحجم أو مشاكل التصميم في الإنتاج بالتعاون مع الفرق متعددة الوظائف.
- المسؤولية عن متطلبات التجميع التصميمية لتجميع E-Motor/Inverter وتطبيقها على خط الإنتاج بالتعاون مع الفرق متعددة الوظائف.

- دعم إطلاق المنتجات الجديدة، وتنفيذ تنازلات الأجزاء لتجميعات E-Motor وInverter في المصنع دون المساس بالتصميم.
- دعم أنشطة زيادة الإنتاج عالي الحجم المتعلقة بهندسة المنتج.
- تقديم المشورة بشأن تطوير عملية التجميع والتحسينات المحتملة لخطوط الإنتاج عالية الحجم لضمان أن التباين في العملية ضمن حدود التسامح المقبولة للتصميم.
المهارات المطلوبة
- خبرة في حل مشاكل المنتج باستخدام تقنيات الصناعة القياسية.
- إتقان تحليل البيانات باستخدام الإحصائيات (Minitab أو JMP، Python، MATLAB).

- عمق تقني في تجميعات علب التروس للمحركات الكهربائية (المسبوكات، أنظمة التبريد بالزيت، مجموعات التروس الكوكبية، الأختام الثابتة/الديناميكية، العضو الثابت، العضو الدوار، أنصاف الأعمدة، واجهة أجهزة الطاقة الإلكترونية للعاكس) واستكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاحها.
- خبرة في تطوير أو تحسين تجميعات E-Motor/Inverter.
- خبرة في استخدام DFMEA، PFMEA، خطة التحكم، DVP&R، DFM/DFA، وتحليل الأسباب الجذرية مع فرق متعددة الوظائف.
- مهارات اتصال وتوثيق استثنائية باستخدام منتجات Atlassian.
- إتقان استخدام Catia أو 3DX، تحليل التراكم (ثنائي وثلاثي الأبعاد)، SQL، JMP، إلخ.
- شهادة Six Sigma Green أو Black Belt.
- خبرة مع منتجات Atlassian مثل Jira وConfluence.
- شهادة Engineering-in-Training (EIT) أو شهادة في أساسيات الهندسة.
- يفضل خبرة سابقة في FSAE/BAJA أو ما شابه ذلك.

Position Overview
Sr. Mechanical Engineer, E-Motor/Inverter is responsible for design intent assembly requirements of E-Motor, Inverter Assemblies, & associated test specifications. Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with Manufacturing cross-functional teams to champion pending product issues/test specification related issues to resolution
- Solve complex component/system level product or multi-variable issues using standard problem-solving techniques pertaining to E-Motor & Inverter assemblies
- Lead product change management to address known product compatibility issues for high volume production or known product design issues in production in close collaboration with cross-functional teams where appropriate
- Responsible for design intent assembly requirements for E-Motor/Inverter assembly & associated enforcement on the line in close collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Responsible for product level risk assessments due to un-intended process, equipment, & part deviations
- Product engineering representative in the plant for E-Motor & Inverter Mechanical subsystems
- Data driven proactive problem solving, root cause analysis & issue avoidance due to process deviations or critical part quality issues
- Support new product launches, execute part concession deviations for E-Motor & Inverter assemblies in the manufacturing plant without compromising design intent of the product
- Support high volume production ramp activities pertaining to product engineering
- Advice on build process development and possible improvements for high volume production lines to ensure variation in process within acceptable tolerance limits of design intent
- Experience in product problem solving using industry standard techniques
- Excellent in data analysis using statistics Minitab or JMP, Python, MATLAB
- Prior experience working in resident product engineering roles in the plant
- Prior experience with E-Motor Assemblies, Inverter assemblies, & associated troubleshooting
- Technical depth in electric motor gearbox assemblies (Castings, Oil cooling systems, Planetary gear trains, static/dynamic seals, stator, rotors, half-shafts, & Inverter Power Electronics HW Interface) & associated troubleshooting is required
- Experience in product development or improvement of E-Motor/Inverter Assemblies
- Experience in using DFMEA, PFMEA, Control Plan, DVP&R, DFM/DFA, & RCA with cross-functional teams
- Exceptional communication and documentation skills are required using Atlassian products.
- Requires proficiency in Catia or 3DX, Stack up analysis (2D & 3D), SQL, JMP etc.,)
- Six Sigma Green / Black belt certification.
- Experience with Atlassian products like Jira and Confluence.
- Engineering-in-Training (EIT) or certification in engineering fundamentals.
- Collegiate FSAE/BAJA/Similar experience is preferred
- BS in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering disciplines with 8+ years of automotive experience in design and release of vehicle attributes or master’s degree in mechanical or automotive disciplines with 6+ years of automotive experience in design & release of vehicle attributes
- Experience in product problem solving using industry standard techniques
- Prior experience working in resident product engineering roles in the plant
- Prior experience with E-Motor Assemblies, Inverter assemblies, & associated troubleshooting
